Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Moon Lake House is a fantastic luxury home with three master suites and two bedrooms. The heated pool and spa are mere feet from Moon Lake.

The first master suite is 45' long and has a king-size bed, two walk-in closets, and a sitting room. Its bathroom has a large soaking tub under a romantic block window. It also has a shower and two sinks. This suite is located on the first floor.

The second master suite is 24' x 22' and has a king-size bed, queen and double fold-out sofas, and a sitting area. It also has a private shower and sink. Since it is located upstairs, it is ideal for a family or friendly group.

The third master suite has a king bed, and semi-private bath with tub and sink. It is also located downstairs.

The two remaining bedrooms each have two twin beds and share a hallway bath. They are both located downstairs.

Alarm clocks and linens are provided in all bedrooms. Towels and hairdryers are provided in each bathroom. For your convenience, Moon Lake House also has a full size washer and dryer along with iron and ironing board.

Moon Lake House is wheelchair accessible. It also has many safety features including smoke detectors, security system, and pool alarm. It is located within Formosa Gardens, a prestigious gated community. Since it has air conditioning and heat, it is comfortable year-round.

The open kitchen is fantastic for cooking and spending time with others. It is furnished with dishes, cookware, utensils, towels, microwave, and dishwasher. It also has a coffee maker, bean grinder, and tea pot.

For your service are a computer with wireless broadband Internet access along with fax machine, copier, printer and scanner. The phone is set up for free USA long distance calls.

We understand the difficulty traveling with families, so we provide a playpen for sleeping, stroller, and high chair.

For your entertainment, there are flat screen cable TV's and DVD/VCR combos in the bedrooms and main areas. The game room has an X-Box Game System, pool table, air hockey table, and board games.

Mere feet from Moon Lake are our heated luxury pool and hot tub spa. The 15' x 15' sun deck is fantastic for sunbathing or playing in the sun.

Outdoor furniture is fantastic for sitting by the pool. You can enjoy meals grilled on the stainless steel barbeque grill.

A pool alarm chimes when pool doors are opened, alerting you if children wander outside on their own.

Moon Lake House is a mere ten minutes from Disney Amusement Parks, 20 minutes from Universal theme Parks, and a plethora of golf courses, entertainment, shopping, and restaurants.
