Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
Our home is furnished to executive standards in the floral design,with full air-conditioning carpeted and tiled floors with Vaulted ceilings.
The lounge or family room has two comfortable sofas and one love seat to sit and relax with a glass of wine while watching our rear projection TV , or perhaps listen to the local radio or a CD on our hi-fi system even watch a DVD on our DVD player or just read a book from our fully loaded book case for the computer people we have installed free wireless Internet. , Patio doors lead on to the Lanai to our Pool and Patio Area.
Our dining room leads off from the lounge this has a large glass dining table which will seat six guests additional seating in the kitchen nook for four guests.
Our kitchen is fully equipped for all tastes with fridge freezer , dish washer, main and micro wave ovens, food blender, toaster , coffee maker , kettle and varying pans, a high chair for the tiddler is also available, we have also installed a Telephone answering machine with free International telephone calls .
In the utility room we have free for you to use a washing machine and tumble dryer with iron and board available , a washing line and clothes air-er have been supplied to reduce the electric costs, please use these it only takes a day to dry your clothes while you are out and about.
The garage has been turned into a games room with American Pool , Air Hockey and Foosball tables also available are tennis rackets and balls.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and matching furniture with cable TV a telephone and alarm clock a ceiling fan has been fitted to assist in cooling.Patio doors lead to the pool area.
Our en-suite has a large corner bath with twin hand basins and a large walk in shower and WC, there is also a walk-in wardrobe.
In our second bedroom we have a Queen size bed with matching furniture , cable TV and alarm clock with a built in wardrobe. A ceiling fan has been fitted to aid in cooling a window looks out to the side of our home.
Our family bathroom has a bath with over head shower , a single hand basin with overhead mirror and WC
The third bedroom has twin beds with cable TV , and an alarm clock plus a built in wardrobe a ceiling fan has been fitted to aid in cooling, this room looks out onto the Pool area.
In the kids room we have a double/single bunk bed with cable TV an alarm clock and built in wardrobe, also available is a full size cot/crib and a small child's bed.
The rear aspect of our home is the large South facing Screened heat-able Pool with child's pool attached, ample seating and chairs , tables and sun loungers are provided for your sun bathing. We have also provided a surface mounted Hot-Tub/Spa for four people to enjoy. A child's safety fence has been fitted for your child`s safety
ALL DOORS LEADING TO THE POOL AREA ARE ALARMED FOR CHILDS SAFETY

Kids loved it

We had (2 adults with 2 young girls of 10 & 6) the chance to stay this spring in the holyday villa in Indian Point Kissimme. The villa is well situated in a quiet and very clean location. The equipment of the villa is very complete and everybody can find something they enjoy or find usefull. The children loved the pool area and the garage with its pool table and football table. For a 2 weeks stay like we did, to be able to use the washing machine and dryer is a must and like that we can really spare on the quantity of clothes and luggages we took from home. There was just a little problem with the dishwasher as when we used it the water was returning directly to the sink and left a non so sweet smell in the kitchen ... Well we washed the dishes by hand like we do home and it was find anyway. Another great advantage of this house is its location with all the major attractions less than 30 minutes drive away and a large supermarket just 5 minutes away. We all really enjoyed our stay and without this problem of sink in the kitchen I would have given it a 5 stars in regard with the location price.

We were very pleased with the villa. It was very clean and tidy. The villa was close to alot of amenities that the Orlando area has to offer. It is located in a very quiet area. It is very close to Disney theme parks.

Lived up to all we where hoping for. Comfortable, quite area, lots of room, furnished nicely. Hot tub used everyday. Nice pool area. Convenient to malls and restaurants. House had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Thank you guys!

I stayed in the villa the end of January into the first week of Feburary. The home was clean comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was a pleasure to come home every day from the local attractions and feel like you were really home. Chris and Barbara were a pleasure to deal with my security deposit was refund right after I returned home to NY. I would definitely return to this Villa... hopefully next year.

This home was just as described. Our family had a wonderful time. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. The shaded area by the pool provided an excellent place to eat burgers hot off the grill. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the game room. The location is ideal - very close to everything but away from the big city commotion and noise. We had a great time!

Lovely place for a Florida vacation stay!

Our family of 4 stayed at this villa on our first trip to Florida. It had all the amenities of home and more! Spacious, clean, loved the pool and hot tub. Located within 30 min drive of all the major attractions (and the untold smaller hidden gems we discovered). 2 families could easily enjoy the space. It was easy to communicate with the owner and they are prompt to respond, we had one minor issue with the hot tub and it was resolved in a very timely manner. Similar price to a hotel or resort with the luxury of the privacy of your own pool and hot tub built in, as well as kitchen to prepare some of your own meals. Would highly recommend the villa to anyone looking to stay near Orlando and may go back ourselves!

Pre-arrival arrangements and information was handled beautifully. Security deposit was refunded promptly. Everything exactly as advertised except for the fact that the pool and hot tub were not ready for us (hence the 4 star rating). The local management company responded immediately and professionally. Impressive! The house was great! As others have already noted. Bottom line is that we loved the home. It was the icing on the cake! We're coming back! We're sending our friends!

Wonderful Experience

We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for the perfect home for a family. Our kids totally enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very clean. The washer and dryer were very helpful. We contacted the management company once and they got back with us immediately. The owners are very accomodating. Just a WONDERFUL experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It was a great location for first time travellers to florida. Everything was easy to find with all the shopping, restaurants, and attractions close by. The villa was very enjoyable and the pool and spa were great after a day at the parks. We will definitely be back.
