There is a top cable package available in the family room of up to 100 channels, including movies plus cable TV of up to 80 channels in all bedrooms and the games room. The villas at Lake Berkley are set back from the resort facilities for privacy. This is an executive community with 24 hour manned security gates, set in a private copse of woods with 3 lakes and natural conservation. It is very close to all the shops, restaurants and theme parks, yet is secluded by being positioned at the top of a private road and not visible by passing main road traffic. We stayed here over the Christmas Holiday Vacation and not only was the weather phenomenal but the house was immaculate and the pool exquisite. We enjoyed getting to know the neighbors from Germany and appreciated the use of the pool/internet house. The only drawback was a lack of internet service in the actual house ..being a school administrator this was a crucial missing element. And an easy fix....

Very nice place. We had 6 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the location and lots of room. Matresses need upgrading we think. Overall it was a lot of fun. The pool was often used. Weather was perfect. Thank you. Would stay again.n

This house was beautifula and very spacious. It had all the emaneities plus a pristine lake view setting.The mornins sun made the pool very enjoyable and warmed the air quickly.
