Our beautiful villa is conveniently located in a small, quiet exclusive gated community called Sunset Lakes.

This "premier location", with up market executive villas nestled around two private lakes, is truly just 4 miles from Walt Disney World.

This beautiful property overlooks the larger of the two lakes from the south facing pool area and master bedroom balcony. For those who prefer the open air by the pool, the specially extended patio is the place to be. The south facing patio, is enclosed by a screen to let the sunshine in and keep out any insects.

All linen, including pool towels are provided.

2 # Fabulous New Lounges,both with Satellite TV, dvd, Playstation 2 and stereo in main Lounge. There is also an elegant dining area and a breakfast nook overlooking pool area. Fully fitted kitchen including oven & hob, microwave, juicer,food processor, mini food chef and dishwasher .

All baby equipment is free of charge and includes Cot, high chair, stair gate & pool fence.We also have a car seat and stroller for your use. (Children in cots do not count as occupancy.

We have wireless internet if you choose to bring your own Laptop or a computer is provided if you choose not to.

There are toys and games for the children, plenty of books for the adults to read and an atari plug in tv game.

Fishing is permitted on the Lakes.

Sunset Lakes is completely finished so builder�s noise and dust will not disturb your vacation.

This 2600sq. Ft villa is exceptionally well maintained and luxuriously furnished to a very high standard with many upgrades. We are fully licenced for 11 guests.

We have key pick up and drop off at the property, so no long treks to management companies when you arrive.

A £250 deposit is required to reserve your booking with the final balance, including a refundable ₤250.00 security deposit, falling due 10 weeks before departure.
