With 2 bedrooms and bathrooms located on the ground floor of each home, it is an ideal choice for groups with elderly or less mobile members.
Both homes back onto one of the tranquil lakes of the Crescent Lakes sub-division.
Area Information
Crescent Lakes has the best of both worlds in Orlando - close to all the major theme parks, yet has the privacy you desire for a relaxing holiday. For those of you who enjoy nature, there is a beautiful conservation area just a few minutes away. This includes nature walks where you can see exotic wildlife, birds and many species of plants and shrubs. Additionally, if you fancy a spot of fishing many of the lakes in the area are well stocked with fish, including the one in our back garden, which is free for our guests to use.

Utilizing the two side by side 7 bed room homes was just what my large family(30) needed for a great stay in Florida. there was sufficient space for everyone to relax and play. The homes were clean and the neighborhood was secure.

Comfortable and Convenient

Our family of four plus my husband's family rented both homes this month. We stayed in the 4 bedroom house with my husband's brother and family of 4. The rest of the family was in the 5 bedroom home. We were very pleased when we walked in and found the house to look just like the pictures we saw on-line. The house was very nice, spacious and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool almost as much as going to the parks. It was over 90 degrees every day so the pool was a must! The location is great. Super close to the gates of Disney. So close we were able to leave the park at 5:00 to have a swim and supper and then go back to the park for the parade of lights. There are lots of restaurants a few minutes away (Miller's is really good!) and just a bit further is the Wal-mart. Our GPS came in handy. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back in a couple years.

I stayed in a seven bedroom villa, the home was great and it was more than enough room for 15 people. The pool was a little small but the children really enjoyed swimming in it everyday. I would return for another family vacation.

Villas were as stated in the ad. Any problems were dealt with by the management company immediately. Villas were beautiful and perfect for our large group. Everyone enjoyed our trip and the homes to come home to after a long day.

we were in fl to celebrate my b.day. the houses were well furnished and were centrally located to all of the attractions in the area. my grand children enjoyed the pool and the pond in the evening was a nice way to relax. my family and friends left with wanting to make this an annual event. i would reccommend this site and home to anyone who would be hosting a large group.

This was a vacation to remember! A very relaxing, enjoyable, fun, memorable vacation ever. I plan this trip a year ago for a family reunion. The home does no justice on the computer when I walk throught the door I knew this was going to be a vacation to remember. The children where just as pleased as the adults, the pool was so relaxing, and the game room kept the adults and children very busy. I'm planning my next vacation already! See ya next year.

My family and I agree that when we walked into your Villa there was no evidence that there had been any prior life forms staying there.
