These luxuriously appointed homes are presented with upgraded furniture and fittings throughout, and fully air conditioned to create a comfortable indoor climate. The two homes are side by side offering a unique opportunity for your large group to enjoy.

With 2 bedrooms and bathrooms located on the ground floor of each home, it is an ideal choice for groups with elderly or less mobile members.
Both homes back onto one of the tranquil lakes of the cresecnt Lakes sub-division.
Area Description
Crescent Lakes, located in Poinciana and part of the Kissimmee area, is in an up-market residential area, just off Highway 192 East of Disney in Orlando Florida.
Crescent Lakes has the best of both worlds in Orlando - close to all the major theme parks, yet has the privacy you desire for a relaxing holiday. For those of you who enjoy nature, there is a beautiful conservation area just a few minutes away. This includes nature walks where you can see exotic wildlife, birds and many species of plants and shrubs. Additionally, if you fancy a spot of fishing many of the lakes in the area are well stocked with fish, including the one in our back garden, which is free for our guests to use.

Vacation Rental Policies
- Payment Options: American Express, Cashier's Check, Discover, Mastercard, PayPal, Personal Check, Visa
- Check In: 4 p.m.
- Check Out: 10 a.m.
- Required Stay: at owners discretion
- Deposits: $150 per week for each home
- Other Fees: Rates are priced PER HOME inclusive of taxes (Homes can be rented individually if required)
Pool Heat $25 per day
Damage/Security Deposit $300 (taken by credit card pre-authorizatiuon. No money is requested unless there is damage)

we were in fl to celebrate my b.day. the houses were well furnished and were centrally located to all of the attractions in the area. my grand children enjoyed the pool and the pond in the evening was a nice way to relax. my family and friends left with wanting to make this an annual event. i would reccommend this site and home to anyone who would be hosting a large group. This was a vacation to remember! A very relaxing, enjoyable, fun, memorable vacation ever. I plan this trip a year ago for a family reunion. The home does no justice on the computer when I walk throught the door I knew this was going to be a vacation to remember. The children where just as pleased as the adults, the pool was so relaxing, and the game room kept the adults and children very busy. I'm planning my next vacation already! See ya next year.
