Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
The accommodation features a spacious, fully fitted kitchen complete with large refrigerator/freezer with auto ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, toaster, etc. There is a cozy breakfast nook and a separate dining area.
Hi-speed wireless internet provided.
The Living area has Cable TV, DVD and VCR, Stereo Hi-Fi, PlayStation and game, selection of family Videos, selection of books and board games.
The entire villa with its decor and floral/foliage pieces has the true Florida feel. Patio doors lead to the screened outdoor dining area and pool which overlooks a peaceful lake with woodland beyond.
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, 22" Cable TV and VCR. It also has a walk-in closet, ceiling light/fan and en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and Cable TV with VCR. The third bedroom, in ´Winnie the Pooh´ theme, has twin beds and Cable TV with VCR. All bedrooms have radio/clock alarms.
The large, private, south-facing, screened pool has plenty of room for sunbathing to your hearts content and is only a few yards from the lakeside, where a variety of ducks and cranes regularly visit. Lighting in and around the pool allow you to enjoy the pool area any time of day or night.
The outside dining area is spacious and comfortable. The luxury patio furniture and the full length loungers all have deep padded cushions. (There are extra chairs stored in the garage).
There is a 2-seater swing with canopy and we have also fitted a poolside shower for your pleasure and convenience.
The use of our Full Gas Barbeque is available on request and requires a refundable ´cleaning´ deposit.
The pool is usually pleasantly warm from April through to October. The heating may be switched on as an optional extra at any time of year. This you can decide before or after you arrive.
Smoking not allowed in-doors but ashtrays are provided for use within the screened pool area.

Every amenity you will ever need comes with this fabulous house. The neighbourhood and location of the house is very quiet and peaceful. The location is perfect for convenience to all parks and many golf courses and depending on which coast you prefer to visit for spectacular beaches, you are only an hour and half either way. We would reccommend this home for families visiting the area. We shared it with another couple and it was perfect for the four of us. We enjoyed grilling on the bbq in the evenings and the pool was refreshing after the hot days. Thanks again Steve!

God beliggenhed i forhold til attraktioner, indkøb og de store outlets.. Villaen har en god indretning, let brugt, men ikke noget problematisk. Alt i alt er rigtig godt tilbud til en familieferie i dette pragtfulde ferieområde.

Great house in a quiet area

Wonderful home backing onto a very nice lake with plenty of wildlife. The pool area is very nicely landscaped and the place is very clean. The area in which it is located is close enough to Hwy 192 and minutes from Disney World and a nice day trip to St. Augustine or Tampa Bay or Ocala (just a couple of hours to either of them). The property management is VERY quick to resolve any problems you may have and they are a wonderful couple. The neighbours are quiet. If you want a nice place to stay, near all the entertainment areas and shopping this is the place to go. We certainly plan on coming back again.

This house was just perfect, the location, the amenities, everything! We felt at home immediately. The pool was wonderful, in fact our kids (10 & 7) lived in it, and had to be dragged away to do the parks and to eat! The view over the lake is beautiful, and my husband and I loved to sit with our cups of tea just looking at that view. The beds were comfy, we all slept really well, the lounge area was cosy on an evening when the kids were winding down, the kitchen has everything we could possibly have needed. I just can't say enough good things about this house! My daughter and I were close to tears when the holiday was over and we had to leave! We will definitely be coming back to Florida, and we will definitely get in touch with Liz & Steve to book this house again, we can't imagine staying anywhere else! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Lakeside Dream. It was a dream come true. It's just so nice to have your own private, heated pool for a week. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was there including an electric curling brush for my hair. On the downside, the master bedroom bed was not too comfortable, and the kitchen floor needed a better cleaning, but we were still pleased and happy with our stay.

We had a great time spending our Christmas at Lakeside Siesta! Everything was immaculate, the neighborhood setting and lake behind the house were beautiful. Everything was provided (except the food!) and we loved being able to cook our own meals, which saved us a ton of money. The drive to area attractions (Disney, etc.) was only 10-15 mins. A very comfortable and affordable way to stay.

We had a great Christmas in Florida! The home is cozy and has everything necessary to relax. We were able to make a Christ as dinner and the. Relax by the pool! The home is clean, the lake view very pretty and the location is convenient. We will stay again and recommend it to our fellow Canadians!

The house we stayed it was beautiful and in a great location. The pool was a great size and very clean. The furnishings in the house were updated and very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful to us. We would stay here again for sure. About a 20 minute ride to Disney parks.

Hi we are French Canadian. We love our stay in this lovely villa. It was very clean, comfortable, with a lot of space and everything that we can possibly need was there. The view is fabulous on the lake and it is a very quiet place. I will recommend to my family and my friends to stay there if they go to Kissimmee. This is the better way to stay there for vacation for the price of a hotel room but with much much more include.

Just returned from Florida, we had a wonderful holiday. 2 Adults, and 2 Teenagers. There is something there for everyone. Lakeside Siesta, we really got it right picking this house, so much space,spotless, everyone had there own room. The location was so central, we really enjoyed having breakfast everyday beside the pool. Very relaxing to look over the lake. We will certainly be returning.
