The ground floor accommodation offers two seperate lounge areas. One formal lounge with dining for those special times,and a second vaulted cathedral ceiling family room with sliding doors to the pool.We are keen to provide enough living space both inside and outside the home for two families. The two family rooms are trimmed throughout Thanksgiving and Christmas unless requested otherwise.
Smaller families also book our home to experience the luxury and space our villa has to offer.
The family room overlooks the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook. In the family room we have provided a 53inch TV and cinema surround sound system with a library of films to suite all tastes.There is a seperate utility room housing a family sized washer & dryer with ironing facilities. The vaulted Ceiling in the family room allows the sunlight to stream through the picture windows on the galleried loft area all around the lower floor space .
Located on the ground floor there is a fully equipped air conditioned games area with slate bed pool table/air hockey/fooseball/darts/pinball etcThere is also a computer suite with FREE highspeed broadband internet access.WIFI also available
A playstation 2 console & games are also provided in every bedroom. All bedrooms will have Flat screen TV by 2010
For young families we provide FREE of charge cots/safety gates/baby monitors/highchairs/stroller/toys/floats and there are pool safety alarms on all the sliding doors leading to the pool area.There is a full safety sceen for complete parental peace of mind. A paddling pool and play pen are available to use under the lanai to shade the little ones from the all day Florida sunshine!!!
Bedroom accommodation comprises one Master suite with super king bed and ensuite facilities including sunken bath large walk in shower, his/her illumninated vanity units and walk in closets. Hairdryeres provided in all bathrooms. A second Queen suite with sliding doors to the pool. A third bedroom has a double bed with two further twin rooms with single beds.All linen provided. The rooms have adjacent bathrooms and are ideal family suites for parents to be close by to young children. Our home is rented to families and adult groups.The bedroom accommodation allows three couple to all have their own bathroom,alternatively each family have a bathroom to themselves. Wow !!from 2010 All bedrooms have games consoles /plasma TV/Ipodphone chargers/Ceiling fans etc
This villa is built on a premium plot towards the back of the community, no through traffic away from any major roads. The villas on Cumbrian lakes have larger greenery spaces in between them.
Five star Vacation Villa boasts an oversized screened deck and private pool and spa. The spa opererated automatically from Sept 2005 onwards. Pool outlook is Conservation woodland, one of the most private lots on this prestigous community. NEW FOR MAY 2007 POOL SIDE WALL MOUNTED TV AND WATER SLIDE .Take a stroll around the four scenic lakes on this site or visit the onsite playground for the little ones!!! We provide four electric scooters and walkie takies and mountain bikes for use around the community . Fishing equipment is provided for use on Cumbrian Lakes. No license required.
Take a stroll to the childrens playground with the little ones. Socccer nets provided on the playground for teenagers .A friendly match is held 10.30am every Sunday for all to join in.
A large driveway provides off road parking for at least four cars.

We provide electric scooters and safety helmets for use around the community.Fishing rods provided for use on the lakes. Nearby amenities include water sports/golf/horse riding/petting farm/ballooning/flying lesssons and more

The house was beautiful and had everything we could imagine.Our children and grandchildren loved the gameroom and pool. The only thing we could of asked for was warmer weather. Several of my co-workers have asked about the house and I have highly recommended the house. The whole process from reserving the house to following the directions to the house was very smooth.

The home was in perfect condition. It has had all of the ammeneties needed for the perfect vacation for a family or a trip with your friends. All we had to do is go grocery shopping for our food. We used the grill in the back. As well as the heated and pool and jacuzzi. Will definitly stay here again. I have rented from other owners/brokers in the past and these owners as well as their property management company were by far the best to work with. They were very friendly and helpful when needed.
