Welcome to our luxury, five bedroom, three and a half bathroom Florida villa. The villa is located on the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes.
We have furnished the property to a very high standard to give you that home away from homr feeling. Downstairs you will find a Family Room with a 50 inch Cable TV, DVD Player and a CD music system, this room leads directly out to the private heated pool and spa which backs onto a wooded conservation area. The kitchen and breakfast area are fully equiped and lead to a formal dining and living area. All downstairs windows have been fitted with soft furnishings which co-ordinate with the furniture. Two bedrooms are situated downstairs, one contains a Queen bed with cable TV and French windows which lead directly to the private pool. Thesecond bedroom on this floor contains twin beds, a full bathroom is shared by these two bedrooms.
The stairs lead upto the open plan landing that overlooks the Family Room and has a play area containing Cable TV, Playstation2 and Hi-Speed Internet connection There are three bedrooms located on this floor one of which is the Master Bedroom which has a King Sized Bed and its own private bathroom with large walk-in shower. French windows lead out to a private balcony which overlooks the pool and conservation area. This room also has a 32" cable TV with DVD player and a CD music system. The other two bedrooms on this floor contain a Double Bed and Twin Beds and again these share a full bathroom.

Cumbrian Lakes is a private gated community with walking trails and a childrens play area. There are 4 small private lakes which hold several species of fresh water fish.
Shopping and Dining are only a short distance from Cumbrian Lakes and Disney World is 15 minuites away.
