Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

This 4BR/3BA new villa has south facing pool and hot spa, WiFi, cable TVs and the top quality luxury furniture. It is located in "Hamlet at West Haven", a very quiet, small, prestigious GATED community off Ronald Reagan Pkwy between US 27 and I-4 (exit #58). It is only 10 minutes to Disney main gates. All restaurants, stores, and public places are all close by.

There are two master en-suites, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen bed, and full private bathroom. The third bedroom and fourth bedroom each has two twin beds.

The villa features with the following amenities:
1. A large private SOUTH facing screened swimming pool (30' X 15') and jacuzzi. Both can be heated and receive the all day long Florida sunshine
2. Cable TV in family room and two other bedroom.
3. High-speed internet and WiFi
4. A separate laundry room
5. A community has a playground, community pool, and tennis courts

Disneyworld family vacation

the villa was perfect for the size of our family. Big open floor plan, no steps for the youngest of our group, bedrooms were huge. Comfy beds and furniture throughout the villa. Perfect location for getting to and back from Disney and all the other attractions around. Only a few draw backs, dryer didn't work, cookware was not for a family of 10, most likely for a family of 2 to 4, but we made due with what was there, and communication about a heated ho ttub was quickly taken care of, last but not a big issue, thin walls, was very thankful our neighbors were quiet and considerate. All in all we would go back and stay in the villa, very home like and nicely kept.

Spring Break 2012

House location is perfect!!! Plenty of restuarants, stores and close to all of the parks. House setup was very nice and clean and the pool was great. I have several complaints though. First being the A/C, they have the temp set to 75 degs and you can't make it any cooler. I did call but they "couldn't" do anything to fix this issue as the owner had it locked out. The mattresses REALLY need updating!!!! Not only were we warm in the evening and night but you could feel the springs from the bed in your back. I actually had to go purchase foam toppers for 4 beds (2 kings, 1 queen and 1 twin). You woke up completely sore and miserable every morning. The last thing would be the yards fence. We paid a 200 non-refundable pet deposit so we could take our pets with us. We weren't able to let the dogs out by themselves because there was a large hole in the fencing. Also the dryer took forever to dry a load of clothes. I made it a point to leave the house exactly as I found it, including doing laundry and dishes. Overall we had a good trip but I think the house could use some serious "comfort" upgrades.

Trip for Horror Nights (Universal)

It was a beautiful community that had Mcdonalds, Chilis, Subways, and I believe a publix like 3 minutes away. I loved that it was a gated community. The house was spacious and and nice. I slept in the master bed with the king bed and I must say I was disappointed with the mattress. Overall it was a good stay and i would recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando.

A good value but a few little things...

The house was well decorated and the layout was nice! Three bedrooms in one area, and 1 bedroom a little bit apart nearer the pool. The layout was very open and perfect for our group of 8. The internet was a router (not wireless) so you had to sit down and plug in a network cable. The pool heat was broken and although it was fixed, it did take a few days, and despite the description, there was no king size bed. Overall it was a good value

The 5 bedroom home at 918 Solana Circle was great. Beautiful home! Grandkids enjoyed the pool. It was nice to be able to go to a home to rest and relax. We had everything we needed,lots of room to get away from each other and it was nice and clean. Also enjoyed the club house and pool. Also like the location. Wouldn't hesitate to rent it again. Thank you!
