Magic Landings Gated Community New luxury villas situated on the brand new development of Magic Landings. The villa is ideally located for quick access to all the attractions Orlando has to offer via the Florida Turnpike, so there is no need to get stuck in traffic on the 192.

The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 2 Master suites both with en suite bathrooms & separate walk-in wardrobes,and access straight to the pool/spa area 2 other twins with a family bathroom. All ensuite bedrooms have satellite TV's. Bed linen & towels are provided for your use. A fully fitted & equipped kitchen including: cooker, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, & dishwasher. A separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer & Iron. All cutlery, crockery, glassware & cooking utensils are provided. The villa has a 48' LCD Television, DVD, cable tv, fast internet access and a games room. A large Lanai area with heated swimming pool & spa inclusive of price with funky LED lighting making a special effect at night, just what's needed after a hectic day at the Disney parks.

Pool Area
The pool area receives the sunshine throughout the day but there is a covered porch, which provides shade from the sun when required. The entire pool and patio area is fully screened to keep the bugs at bay

The villa is brand new and is located in Magic Landings gated community,the villa completion was in April 2007 so be the first to enjoy!! Situated on a large plot & at the end of a cul da sac backing onto the woodlands.

We had a wonderful time at this villa. It was very clean and spacious and the back yard was one of the nicest on the block due to the sun exposure and the water directly behind it. The area was very quiet and also so convenient to Florida's activities. The villa was very suited to family's or several couples with the two master on-suites. The Management company was wonderful and responded to any concerns we had very quickly and professionally. We did miss having internet but the owner is currently installing it at the villa. We were so happy with this experience we have booked it again for next year. Thank you again for the wonderful time.
