Our beautiful 5 bedroomed 4 bath home is furnished to the highest of standards and provides all the comforts you need for a relaxing vacation, with a view of the conservation area while being warmed by the sun on our south facing deck by the pool and spa. Well situated 10mins to Disney and 5mins to the 192 with all its restaurants and shops, but set within a tranquil gated community with lakes and childrens playground.

Situated on Poinciana Blvd you are 5 minutes from the Highway 192.Take the short cut to 24hr Walmart. Just 5 minutes away is Lake Toho where the National Bass fishing championships are held every year and yes you can park your boat on our drive for the duration. 2 minutes away is a childrens animal petting farm which is a great day out for the children take a packed lunch if you want and it takes no time to get there and back. Close to Disney and 20 minutes from Sea World watch out for there new Water Park March 2008 it is going to be fantastic.

Such a wonderful place to call home if only for...

Stayed in this wonderful villa for two weeks and it was a home away from home! It is nice not too spend all your money eating out . We cooked 10 of the 14 nights we spent here. The kitchen has just about every thing you need. If you have little ones, they will love that there are toys and other things to make them feel at home. The games room is great for keeping ever one occupied while you are preparing your meal or just try getting them to get out of the pool to eat, they don't want to leave it. There is so much to do in the area you pray for a day when you can just stay in, relax and enjoy the villa. Any problems are for the most part quickly dealt with by the property managers. The pool was great and there was even a pool man who came to check on it weekly. Our two week visit went by entirely too fast. This is a great house to stay at for your central Florida vacation. Even my two and a half year old grandson didn't want to leave Mickey, Donald, the bears and the pool. He thinks that we should all move here and stay all the time, wouldn't that be nice!!! The only thing missing is a big easy chair/recliner for my husband to fall asleep in reading.

Great time in Orlando

We stayed 6 persons for one week and had a great time. The villa and pool is in very good shape and very well taken care of. The villa is located just south of 192 and only 20 minutes away from Disney downtown. The villa is located at the end of the street which allows you to enjoy the privacy at the pool on the backside of the ville.

Great Home and Location

March 10, 2012

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this location in Kissimmee, Florida. The purpose of our trip was to visit Disney World, of course, but members of the family also went to Seaworld and Universal Studies. The house accommodated our family of nine, being grandparents, two daughters and husbands and three granchildren, ages 7, 2 and four months. We all enjoyed the heated pool and spa and the covered lanai. The sitting places, in the home and out in the lanai were plentiful. The home was well-equipped for our needs as we prepared our own meals. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation in Kissimmee.

This home was excellent! It had everything we needed to make our stay extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the pool the children enjoyed the table games in the garage. There were even a few spices in the kitchen. Unfornately we were hit from behind on the first day of our vacation and needed to extend our stay. This home was already booked, but it definitely spoiled us as we found when we arrived at the second house. The amenities and the furnishings were more than we expected or would have in a hotel. It was a large group as we celebrated my 50th birthday, we had more than enough room. The children could be children and play without disturbing the older folks taking naps and the early risers could enjoy their peace. It rained and this house was one of very few in the area without a pond at the door. We will definitely stay here on our future visits to Disney. It also convenced us to rent homes on all our vacations.

Exceptional facilities!

Definitely spacious and cozy! Kitchen had everything we needed no matter what we made for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very clean! Our only complaint was when the previous vacationers filled the trash cans left out front and the racoons used our rental car as a launching pad to get into the trash. Thankfully we were not charged by the rental car co. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect!

As hoped , we returned to this house for our family holiday. The house was just as we remembered it, very spacious, even for a large family, well laid out and immaculate in its presentation. The pool area was also spacious and very clean. From our first call to Lynda it felt like we were dealing with a friend, she is so helpful. On this visit we had cause to need the help of Lyndas management team and I have to say that the lady who attended was so nice and the problem was resolved in no time at all, Lynda they were great.

When you book a villa holiday, unless you've been there before, you always worry that it won't match up to the photos, description etc... well not this property. What a wonderful place to spend your holidays.... big social areas,large kitchen, excellent pool area and the bedrooms were fabulous. The villa is obviously very well looked after, clean and stocked with just about everything you would possibly need, just a home from home really.
Linda provided us with a quick and efficient service and her directions from the airport were perfect. The games room was a welcome part of the villa, somewhere to spend time waiting for others to get ready!!!
On our last day my daughter who celebrated her 4th birthday on holiday (Wal-mart recommended for cakes) asked if we could come back to 'our villa' when we return to Orlando, We hope to be coming back here, to our villa.
