Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
Crystal Lake Villa, with its waterfront private pool and games room is just 15 minutes from Disneyworld. Situated at popular Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee, Orlando
The villa is one storey with two family rooms and furnished and maintained to a very high standard. After a long day at the parks it is perfect place to relax. Compared to a hotel room where the whole family is confined to 1 or 2 rooms, here you will have almost 2000ft to call your own.
It is important to feel good about the place you will call home for the duration of your vacation and every effort has been made to make sure you will feel at home. As the Owners maintain the villa themselves, it is guaranteed that the villa is always in "as new" condition.
There is so much to do. Watch a movie or listen to music. There are family board games, a library of DVDs, videos and books for your entertainment as well as the addition of a Games Room with its pool table, foosball, electronic dart board and Playstation 2 with various games. Or relax with a glass of wine on the deck watching the sun go down over the lake.
At no extra charge, you will find a computer, with Wireless internet, Telephone with free International calls and a BBQ. This is the home you will look forward to returning to after visiting the many attractions which are all no more than 30 minutes away (Disneyworld being the closest at 15 mins). For your day to day shopping Walmart and Publix are only 10 minutes away.
If you like to fish, there is the lake which the villa overlooks and for the golfer there are many golf courses nearby as well as Crazy Golf. Just 15 minutes away you can catch an Airboat ride around the many waterways and if you like shopping, there are plenty of shopping malls and retail outlets just a short car ride away.
The four bedrooms all have ceiling fans, clock radios and full length mirrors, two of the bedrooms have their own telephones.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a gourmet meal, but if you don't feel like cooking you are spoilt for choice with a multitude of restaurants only 10 minutes away on Highway 192. Among them are Chili's, Outback, Longhorn, Ruby Tuesday, Golden Corral, Perkins, Olive Garden, Cracker Barrel and others too numerous to mention.
There is also a Welcome Pack on your arrival, with compliments of the Owner.

With it's prime location in Eagle Pointe, our luxury Florida vacation villa is convenient to all that Orlando and Kissimmee have to offer. In just a 15 minute drive from Disney and you can be home for a quick nap in the afternoon or a dip in the pool to cool off before returning to the parks later in the day. We've found that this is a good idea for families travelling with young children.

We had a wonderful time and the kids loved the playstation and games room as did the adults.
It was also so nice to have a two separate living rooms. We were able to relax in the living room while the kids spent their time either in the Games Room or the second living room or on the computer. Nobody in our party was bored and as were three generations that is saying something!!! We also liked the fact that there were books, Dvds and movies available at the house, so once in we didn't have to go out and rent. That we found very convenient.
We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool while the kids were in the water playing with all the pool toys especially after knocking ourselves out at the parks all day!!
Over the years we have stayed at many villas and timeshares and I have got to say that this was by far the nicest we have ever stayed at. The photographs do not do the villa justice. It is absolutely beautiful.
Next time we visit Florida we will definitely be booking this house again, because we all felt at home and comfortable the minute we walked through the door and especially as the children were able to have their own bedrooms with their own TVs.

My wife, 4 children and I had a splendid time at your home. Upon arrival we marveled at how clean and spacious your home is. The view from the family room is beautiful overlooking the pool and lake. Friendly ducks came up to take some bread from the kids. Very convenient location accessing Wal-Mart in 5 minutes and the Disney Parks in less than 15 minutes. Thanks again and we will definitely recommend your villa to those seeking a tranquil getaway.

Thank you Sheila for letting us stay at Crystal Lake Villa for our month long vacation.
John and I had a fantastic time and just LOVED your home. We spent a lot of time at the pool, enjoyed the two ducks that visited each day and was amazed at the eagles that came to swoop down on the lake for fish! It was just totally relaxing and wonderful. We did quite a bit of shopping, enjoyed going to Celebration for dinner and John walked the entire grounds each day and spent quite a bit of time golfing. We just had a great time!
We took plenty of pictures of the home and surroundings. This home is beautiful and gorgeous. If we go back to Florida we would definitely book your villa again.

02/27/07 Positive Being snowbirds from the north we have spent the last 7 consecutive years at this villa. It is beautifully decorated, has all the amenities for kids, such as a VCR,DVD, and Play Station. Our children and grandchildren would not vacation if we'd stay at any other place. Our grandchild from NY always asks "are you still at the Florida home with the pool". It is just so convenients here. There are so many TV's it seems that eaxh person who stays here has there own TV as well. We would not stay any where else. Plus the home owner is so nice and fair to work with. Looking at the photos you'd think it was a dream house. However it really does look this way when you see it in person.
