Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Save on GAS - Only 10 minutes from the theme parks including Disney World and less than 1 minute to Wal-Mart the super discount store which you could actually walk to!

Our lovely and spacious villa is located in Bass Lake Estates on a cul-de-sac. The villa has enough room for 2 families and yet there are spaces to have your own private time. The villa offers a beautiful pool which overlooks a conservation area so you can have plenty of privacy. The pool has a fence on one side and shrubs on the other. The villa is located less than a minute's drive from Hwy 192 which offers easy access to great shopping, restaurants, golf and of course Disney World!

ABOUT THE VILLA

There is plenty of room for everyone with almost 2,700 sqft of living space and a garage which also has a Foosball game table. For those of you who need to stay connected, wireless internet is available.

Features include:

Lovely pool w/furniture and patio -

Family/Living Room - With comfortable sofas, and comfy recliner that you will melt into after a day at the parks. Large TV with cable service offering more than 70 channels with a DVD player. A bathroom is located off of this room.

Kitchen - Overlooks living room and pool/patio. Fully equipped with what every cook needs.

Breakfast room - A less formal dining area just off of the kitchen. Seats 4 comfortably and overlooks the pool/patio area and the bar seats 2.

Formal dinning room - Seats 6 people comfortably and the table from the breakfast area can be easily moved should you want to have a formal sit down dinner for all 10 guests!

Formal living room - Offers additional comfortable sofas, coffee table and more space and privacy away from the TV for those who want to read or play cards/games.

Laundry room - Full size interior washer and dryer, iron and board.

Master bedroom - Located on main floor with king size bed and cable TV. Two large walk-in closets. Ensuite bathoom comes with oversized shower and Roman bath, his and her basins and separate toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

Second bedroom - Located on 2nd floor has a queen size bed.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 - Located on 2nd floor both have twin beds, though one twin bedroom is a Nemo themed room. Both rooms have cable TV's to use for your PS2 or DVDs.


A crib, highchair and stroller are already in the villa for your convenience.

The community of Bass Lake Estates offers a great fishing lake, large playground for children, and a BBQ picnic area for great family gatherings.

Our Villa is located in one of the most convenient locations in Central Florida.

• Deposits: Deposit of $250 will secure your dates. A security deposit of $250 will be applied to the balance, however, as long as no damage has occured, the security deposit will be returned to you upon inspection, after your departure.
   
• Other Fees: Pool heat is provided upon request for an additional $20 per day. (October thru May recommended)

This house was more than we ever expected. The pictures don't do the house justice. We had so much room we never even used the front living room. We never were cramped for space. I have many teenagers and they have said to me that they would like to stay here again and I have to agree. It was so convienent to have Wal-Mart so close we were able to eat half of our meals at home and that was nice. It was just like coming home very comfortable. This villa was a delight and added so much to our experience. Our first time in a private home (previously stayed at resorts) but we will return again and again. Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with excellent local management support. But the big bonus is that it backs onto a conservation area which offers peace and complete privacy when using the lovely pool. Easy to find, great location and we were all able to spread out and enjoy the quiet times away from the fun in the parks and shops. Can't reccommend it highly enough and can't wait to come back again!Almost forgot - loads of towels were provided which was really useful plus the well equipped laundry room meant that washing was never a chore and quick and easy to do.

my two granddaughters fell in love with the nemo bedroom, but the whole house is just beautiful, and we [8 of us] all had a great time staying there. everything was close and the kids loved the pool after a day at the parks. It was great having a place to do laundry,and also to cook if we wanted to, or just kick back and relax. we would definetly stat there again

We really enjoyed vacationing in this house. It was very spacious and comfortable, not to mention it is in a quiet neghborhood. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. Also, it as nice to return to the private pool after a day at the theme park. Thanks for providing all of the linens.
