This Luxurious Villa is about 3 miles from Walt Disney World and offers the perfect combination - the ambiance of a Luxury Villa with the amenities of an upscale Executive Resort Home. There is no additional charge for the use of Stroller, High Chair and/or Crib. Safety is our number one goal. This villa is also equipped with a smoke detector for our hearing impaired guest(s).

The Dolphin Splendor Villa is located in the fully developed Lindfields area boasting a scenic, safe and quiet environment. The rear of our villa overlooks conservation woodland with the view of a natural pond. This seclusion provides privacy while relaxing in your splendor pool or enjoying a breathtaking Floridian sunset.
The Dolphin Splendor is a two-storey, fully air-conditioned, four bedroom villa with 2.5 baths, two family rooms, a formal dining area, a breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped games room and a large outdoor heated, screened and illuminated swimming pool.
The main floor has the Dolphin Splendor King Suite. This master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bath. The two spacious family rooms offer cable TV, a collection of Disney movies on DVD, and adequate seating for as many as ten guests. The formal dining room comfortably seats eight. Casual dining in the breakfast nook features a high chair for your young travellers. The converted garage games room, as well as the swimming pool is accessible from within the villa and provides hours of entertainment for children and adults alike. For your added convenience an extra half bath is located on the main floor. Step up to the upper level where three spacious and fully furnished bedrooms await you. This floor has its own full bath as well as a PS2 console with games.

The magnificent Dolphin Splendor vacation villa is located on a secluded and quiet cul-de-sac in a tranquil location within the prestigious Lindfields Development about one mile off US Hwy 192 and US 27 and about 3 miles from most of Disney's attractions. Nearby Blacklake and Sherbert Roads provide excellent, time-saving shortcuts to Disney attractions. There is an array of superb local restaurants providing a wide selection of international cuisines.
The Dolphin Splendor Villa is surrounded by several golf/miniature courses, all of which are within quick and easy reach from the villa. Guests staying at the Dolphin Splendor Villa are also approximately 10 minutes from Lake Louisa Fishing and Camping Sites and about an hour from the Gulf Coast, Clearwater, Tampa, Daytona etc. Miami, Fort Myers, the Everglades, West Palm Beach and Cape Coral can be reached in about 3-4 hours driving time. Check the local tourism board for the many other attractions nearby, various shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, malls and gas stations.

Dear Bibi:
Our stay at your house was really great. The house is very spacious and there was lots of room for Bob & I, our son, daughter-in-law and three grand children. It is also very quiet. The kids loved the pool and they loved it even more this morning after the heater was fixed. Unfortunately they had to leave this morning but they swam for about an hour before they left on their long trip home to Ottawa, Ontario. This house is great for a family vacation. It is very well equipped. The kids had a great time playing in the play room. We went to Disney 2 days and Universal 2 days, did some shopping and hung out together. A great holiday that will be remembered by all of us.
