"The villa was great ! Vacations are always too short !"
"The only thing that we did not find in the villa were baking pans for the oven (They are in the drawer under the oven). Other than that we were pleased to find everything else we needed. We really enjoyed the villa. We have almost always stayed on Disney property and this was a nice change. It was great to come home and relax in our own pool and kitchen. We also enjoyed being able to spread out into separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood was nice and my husband even met a neighbor across the street whose hometown is real close to us. We definitely would visit again.

"We were impressed at the amount of towels and linen available and we would certainly recommend your place to anyone we know going to Florida. The laundry facilities were excellent, especially with two young children, and fitted in well to our travel light policy.
We made great use of the pool and were glad that we had it heated. It was very pleasant and the kids wanted to t30-Oct-2005e else for accomodation if we were to return to Florida in future years.

"We all loved your villa - it was so comfortable and BIG!"
"I particularly liked the master bedroom suite, such a lot of space, which I really miss now I'm back with my tiny bathroom and stuffed wardrobes! The accommodation was perfect for four of us, really nicely furnished and equipped, and of course with a lovely pool. The location was excellent - close to shops, restaurants and attractions, but also a nice quiet retreat when the excitement got too much. I would recommend Green Meadows farm for young children - it's quite low-key and a nice break, also very nearby. We made very good use of the free phone calls - my 16 year old daughter particularly, as keeping in touch with friends is so important at that age. We were extremely lucky with the weather, as we managed to miss hurricane Charley at the beginning and Frances at the end of our holiday.
Anyway, if we do return to Florida, we would have no hesitation in booking your villa again, and of course will recommend it to anyone who may be interested.

"The location is perfect for easy access to all the theme parks in the Orlando area and yet is in a very quiet countryside area. The Villa facilities are First Class with lots of space for two families if needed. "When we arrived we couldn't believe it. The villa is absolutely stunning."
"Everything was perfect. We loved the personal touches and it really is a home from home. Everything was so clean and well presented - much better than any 5 star hotel! The kids loved the xmas tree, videos, DVD's, and the pool. The villa is in an ideal location for all of the parks and it's really convenient to have Walmart only a couple of minutes away. We found many nice places to eat on the 192 which again is really close by. We cooked a traditional roast for Xmas dinner and ate it by the pool. We made good use of the free phone calls to our family at home. This was a real bonus as all we did was pick up the phone and dial. No need to buy the phone cards etc. Your home is excellent, great value and we will happily recommend it to family and friends.
If we return to Florida then we will definitely stay again.

"This is a great place to stay, we had a really good time."
"The house is convenient to all the parks but secluded & tranquil of an evening for relaxing after a busy day. We were inside Magic Kingdom within 20 minutes ! Everything works and we had all the things we needed. The kitchen and lounge have a cool pleasant ambience. Our small daughter loved the brightly decorated front bedroom.
