This 2600 sq ft villa is truly a 5-bedroomed home, large even by Florida standards, with quality living accommodation for 10 guests. A place where you can enjoy each others company or find a quiet corner in which to relax.

Without doubt the spacious, abundantly furnished pool area with stunning lake views and day long sunshine is a unique feature of our beautiful home.

This luxurious home is located at Sunset Lakes, a private and gated estate just four miles west of Disney World. Getting to and from the theme parks has never been so easy with this ideal location.

Our Formal Living/Dining Room is Bright, Spacious and beautifully furnished with new Leather furniture seating 6 guests comfortably (including 1 recliner chair). This room is a joy to relax in.

The Family Room with its Entertainment Centre is where you will find Cable TV, DVD, VCR and Music Centre plus books and films for your enjoyment. Relax on the luxurious Leather furniture seating 7 guests comfortably this includes 3 recliners.

Our American Kitchen has everything you will need including an abundance of tableware and cutlery.

The Breakfast Nook is surrounded by patio doors which lead to the spacious pool area. A delightful place to sit with your morning coffee looking at the Stunning Lake View.

A fully equipped Laundry Room

Our 28' x 14' Pool is South Facing, and has a stunning lake view. The large lanai is a perfect place for dining under the cooling breeze of the ceiling fan, or enjoying an evening drink watching the sun set on the Lake.

Our fantastic Games Room is air-conditioned for your comfort. It has an 8' x 4' Slate Bed Pool Table, Table Football, Air Hockey, Bar Table and Chairs.

Ground floor bathroom with vanity basin and toilet.

The 2 fabulous Master Bedrooms 1 King, 1 Queen have Dressers, and Cable TV's. One has an elegant en-suite bathroom with corner bath, shower cubicle, 2 vanity basins, and separate toilet. The other an optional en-suite with Shower Cubicle, vanity basin and toilet.

A further large King Size Bedroom has Dresser, Cable TV.

Two Twin Bedrooms well equipped with drawers.

All bedrooms have Bedside Cabinets, radio alarms and ceiling fans and large wardrobes.
