My husband and our two Pomeranian's spent the month of February in this villa. The lanai was our favorite with the view of the small lake and the large barbeque. We did have some problems with the pool heat but overall this was a wonderful vacation. We also were able to have our children and grandchildren come to visit with plenty of room for everyone. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to visit Disney or just to relax in Florida.

We stayed for 1 month in 2009 and have just rebooked for another month this coming summer (2011). We have stayed in several houses in the Kissimmee area, but you won't find another with such a beautiful pool and outside eating area. The house is very comfortable and it feels like you are at home. My kids loved the pool, and spent nearly every day swimming. Beautiful place, great owners, wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else if you are looking for a relaxing vacation home.

It was very comfortable stay, like a home away from home. It had all the amenities we were looking for in a vacation home. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped. The location was ideal, close to the attractions and yet not in the trafficked areas. Just the inside temperature was slightly below our comofort zone of 70 and above - perhaps due to the outside temperature was in the 40s and low 50s during our stay. We managed with a room heater that we bought from Wal-Mart. Kids rooms were fine. Our kids enjoyed the stay.

We had a great time staying at this villa. It was about 30 minutes form Sea world and about an hour to Kennedy Space Center on the Atlantic Coast. The weather wasn't in our favor for most of the week so enjoying the deck and pool was not possible. Villa had just about anything you might think you need and then a few more... Very pleasurable stay and we will definately consider going back

Great vacation. Very welcoming house. Beautiful scenery. Nothing was missing in the house, even had birthday candles as we had two birthdays to celebrate during our stay. Would recommend without a doubt. Will go back for sure.

We stayed a week at this wonderful Villa. Everything we needed with all the comforts of home. Well maintained,clean and the BBQ was a nice thing to have. Kids spent a ton of time in the pool wich they loved jumping into the to after a long day at the parks. The villa is about 15 min south of 192 where you will find plenty of places to eat and shop. We did not mind the short drive 30-40 min to the parks, great location to do daytrips to the beaches as well. Nice lake out back and very quiet and private lakeside lot. Very modern and well equiped! We would definately return, this is much better than getting a hotel !!! Thanks for having us !!

What a wonderful home. After an all day event at Disney World, it was a great place to relax and catch your breath. A nice place to enjoy your family without all the "tourizzmo's" around.

In the eveing, enjoy a flood lit bar b q with piped music. The perfect way to enjoy the Florida lifestyle.
I have done Disney in 15 minutes, but would allow 20-25 if unfamiliar with the route.
Better on those days to enjoy a breakfast near to the park, and then a 5 minute drive. Don't forget to ALWAYS carry some bottled water in a cool bag / freezer bag, twe provide both and ice packs. That way a cool drink on the way home instead of getting head aches through dehydration. Saves dashing into Malls and Restaurants just for a soda.
We have never ever heard our neighbours in the pool area. Can't say the same for them. Please turn down the pool side music after 10pm.
Post as, Birthday cards etc, could be sent to the Management Company. Purely because UPS need a 3 week window to unlock the postbox and receive mail.
They are there to help not hinder.
