Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

8 miles' drive to the main gate of Disney Parks; minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, and even post office just off the entrance of the community. WALMART is ONLY 2 miles away opens 24/7. Golf courses are very close by, too.

Don't just play at the parks, come and enjoy a quiet escape in our pool & spa young home in Orlando. Our villa is located in the prestigious Silver Creek community, conveniently located near the intersection of US-27 and 192, offer quick access to all major tourist desitinations. Within minutes you can reach all Orlando has to offer.

Our villa offers 5BR/3BA with 2 master bedrooms and private swimming pool/spa to enjoy. Luxuriously furnished rooms with all necessary amenities including cooking ultencils, and brand-name bedings to name a few. we have a full kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, laundry room, game area (set up in garage) large lanai and generous common area.

More about our special features:

Three bathrooms and five bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms, with 1 king and 1 queen, 4 twin beds, a crib/playpen as well as a full size sleep sofa in the living room; all beds are of supreme quality.

3 TVs in total in the villa which normally other owners don't provide more than 1. (2 in master bedrooms respectively) DVD, VCR player is also available for free.

Amenities include: DVD/VCR Players, Game Boy, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, plates & cups, towels, linens, etc. Stroller, high chair & crib for baby are also available. BBQ grill is available free for use if it is cleaned after use.

Private south facing pool and spa with patio furniture and safety fence for kids.

For added enjoyment, the pool backs on to a conservation area and is faces south. It gives a feeling of tranquility and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy. Comment: We had a fantastic experience in the house on Zurieq Ct. The house was roomy enough for our party, the pool was immaculate and the location can't be beat. In a nice neighborhood, this home is only 15 minutes from the park (this estimate INCLUDES traffic). I really liked that we could go to the parks with the kids, come home for a rest, then head back out for an evening at the parks. Because we had a full kitchen and laundry room, we saved alot of money that we would have spent on dining out. I would highly recommend this home for prospective renters! The home was in good shape, and was well stocked with linens and towels -- and the beds were VERY comfy!

Comment: We had a wonderful time at your home in Clermont. It is a beautiful, very clean and very comfortable home, which is very important to us. My children enjoyed the pool and spa, as did I and my husband. We hope that we can come and stay at your home again sometime in the future. The house is very well decorated, clean and cozy, really feels like its your own when there. Not to mention close to everything parks and all shopping. Well about the house, we drove from Canada to Florida and driving up the street on Zurieq, we were very relieved to know that it was in a well-mainted area, clean and all new homes. Yes, there is a 1331 Zurieq house and it was beautiful on the outside. The inside was just as beautiful. The picture on the ads does not do justice for the actual house. It was very clean and well layed out. There are actually 5 bedrooms Three bathrooms and in the centre of all the bedrooms was a living room and dining area. The kitchen has all appliances and is very nice to cook in. We used the pool and jacuzzi every night.
We brought our parents and they loved it. This is a home away from home and better.
I received my deposit back with a few weeks from me returning home. No worries!!

I wanted to let you know that our stay at "Woody" will be one that I will never forget. I had a party of eight, three couples and two children. Your home was very inviting from the moment we drove up to it. The house is in a great neighborhood, tucked away from the "strip." The house is as beautiful and roomy on the inside as well as the outside. It had plenty of room to accommodate all of our party, as far as bedrooms, eating areas, and your inviting livingroom. It had all the necessities. It was as if we stepped into our own homes. After long days and evenings at Disney, it was nice to go back to such a warm house.

Everything as described, extra room for three families. I really recommend this house. We were very pleased with James end Eileen, they were very comprehensive with us. The property we rented was similar to this property and it was a nice place. Had problems with the entry code when we first arrived, but we were able to get a prompt response to our situation. My family enjoyed the place and wished we had stayed longer. I didn't care for the community but the convienience of all the stores made it ok. Would recommend it to all and I look forward to hopefully staying again on my next visit.

My family had a wonderful vacation, in part because of the villa. There were 7 of us: my husband and I, my daughter and her husband, and my son and his 2 daughters. The layout was perfect for our family, allowing privacy for the adults and plenty of space for eating. The pool was a big hit with my granddaughters. The villa was very clean and well maintained. The owners were quick to replace a DVD player that did not work when we arrived. Our only complaint: we are a family of readers and the lighting was not conducive to that. This was not a big problem as we were very busy with all of the activities in the area. This was our first experience with renting a villa. We will definitely do it again.
