We loved our villa location

We loved our villa. It was very clean and had all of the essentials. The home was comfortable and 20 mins from disney and 30 min from Orlando. The location was ideal right next to Walmart and lots of shopping. I did mention to owners that the grill had not been cleaned from the last guests but we had no problem cleaning it. I mentioned to the owners that more bath towels would be great.

For People With High Standards!

This rental property was everything you could hope for. It added so much value to our vacation. The pictures you see are exactly what you get. The house was clean and well kept and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. It was great to have a BBQ and pool in the backyard and the kitchen had everything you need and more. We were amazed to be able to swim and watch hawks,cranes and rabbits. We would go back again for sure and have already recommended the home to others. Nice to be able to take the day off from all the attractions and just relax. It really felt like a home away from home instead of staying in a hotel room with nothing to offer but a bed.

House was nice and spacious. I enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The only downfall is that there is no pool table as it is in the picture. I had my hopes up to play pool so I just found a pool hall nearby.

The house was well setup, has been well maintained and met all our needs. It provides excellent value for the money The only reason i didn't rate it 5 star is I found the mattresses were fairly low grade and not very comfortable for people - however they soon adjusted. I recommend this house to anyone considering renting a house in Kissimmee

The pictures of this house are true to specs. The house is in a great location and close to everything. The inside was very clean and exactly as pictured. The house is very spacious, comes stocked with plenty of towels, both bath and beach towels for the pool. Was easy and very fast to all Disney attractions, and convenient to all stores. The only problem we had was with the grill, it was really dirty and old, were not able to barbeque. Also we had about 3 days out of the week without heat in the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi was not working for those three days either. We did have fun and would recommend this property very much. Again this was a very nice house and I would recommend giving it a stay.

The kids and adults were able to enjoy the pool and the hot tub was great after a day of walking. We had wonderful holiday and our vacation home was very nice. The home was clean and pictures had showed home as it actually was. It could use a deep cleaning ie. air vents but was ok. The heat did not work but was fixed for us in a few days. We would recommend this home. Eileen was very helpful thru booking process.

We had an excellent holiday and the villa was perfect for all of our needs. My sisters flew in from England and had there best holiday ever. The villa was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was like being at home, very comfortable. Would definitely do it again.

The property we rented was similar to this property and it was a nice place. Had problems with the entry code when we first arrived, but we were able to get a prompt response to our situation. My family enjoyed the place and wished we had stayed longer. I didn't care for the community but the convienience of all the stores made it ok. Would recommend it to all and I look forward to hopefully staying again on my next visit.

Perfect for a family vacation

My family had a wonderful vacation, in part because of the villa. There were 7 of us: my husband and I, my daughter and her husband, and my son and his 2 daughters. The layout was perfect for our family, allowing privacy for the adults and plenty of space for eating. The pool was a big hit with my granddaughters. The villa was very clean and well maintained. The owners were quick to replace a DVD player that did not work when we arrived. Our only complaint: we are a family of readers and the lighting was not conducive to that. This was not a big problem as we were very busy with all of the activities in the area. This was our first experience with renting a villa. We will definitely do it again.

It was Great Time!

We had our son, his wife and our two grand children, and our daughter and her fiance. After very long days at the parks, we went "home" to the great pool and spa. we drove from Canada to Florida and driving up the street on Zurieq, we were very relieved to know that it was in a well-mainted area, clean and all new homes. Yes, there is a 1331 Zurieq house and it was beautiful on the outside. The inside was just as beautiful. The picture on the website does not do justice for the actual house. It was very clean and well layed out. There are actually 5 bedrooms (I think the floor plan on the website does not actually show you 5 bedrooms). Three bathrooms and in the centre of all the bedrooms was a living room and dining area. The kitchen has all appliances and is very nice to cook in. We used the pool and jacuzzi every night. We brought our parents and they loved it. This is a home away from home and better. I received my deposit back with a few weeks from me returning home. No worries!!
