Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
Just 10 minutes to the gates of Disneyworld, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, our CondoNearDisney 3 bedroom, 2 bath spacious unit has all you need!
The Condo is 1275 sq. feet with three bedrooms including the master bedroom with a queen bedset, sitting area, cable TV, walk-in closet, and master bathroom. The second bedroom has another queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds with a walk-in closet. Located on the first floor, there are no stairs or elevators! A washer and dryer is available for you as well as a full kitchen and utensils for your use. A large cable TV, large couch, pull-out queen sleeper couch, and dining area accomodates up to 8 guests. Recently remodeled, this condo is one of the nicest in the resort!
Area Description
The resort includes a tennis court, clubhouse with sundry store, barbeque grills, swimming pool and hot tub, and sunbathing areas. Within walking distance are many restaurants off of Hwy 192 just blocks from the resort including Perkins, Olive Garden, IHOP, and buffet restaurants. Best of all, Krispy Kreme is only 1/2 mile away! Walmart is just one mile for all your grocery and tourist needs as well as Publix and Sam's Club. Many other small attractions including mini golf, helicopter tours, and race cars are very close. Multiple Outlet Malls are less than 3 miles and 7 miles away for the avid shoppers!
We are located approximately 20 miles from the Orlando International Airport and can be reached by shuttles or rental cars from the airport. Directions to pickup keys and to the condo will be sent following confirmation of your reservation from the management company that cares for our unit.
3 Outlet Malls- one within 2 miles and large indoor malls within 7 miles. Disneyworld is 5 miles, SeaWorld Orlando is 5 miles, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure is 10 miles, Gatorland is 5 miles. Walking distance to a number of fine eateries, 100 restaurants within 3 miles of villa.

I have stayed at CondoNearDisney twice during business travel to Orlando. The accommodations were convenient to the airport, the hotel where my conference was held, and to Epcot! The location is just a few minutes off the freeway and located in a neighborhood that looks clean and feels safe. There are a number of quality eating establishments close by. The unit is roomy, and very clean and comfortable. After a long day of meetings, it was great to relax in community’s hot tub, located just a few steps from the unit.

Our family loved the condo near Disney! It was right in the middle of everything! We were able to get to Disney and Sea World in no time at all! The 3 bedroom condo worked out wonderfully for our family of five, having two full baths came in handy in the mornings getting everyone up and running. When not at the theme parks we also made good use of the pool and tennis courts. The condo was nicely decorated and we were glad to have a full kitchen which enabled us to take care of breakfasts quickly each morning and dinner a couple of nights. Thank you so much!
