Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
The home consists of a very well-appointed living room with TV, DVD and VCR, fully-equipped kitchen with attached eating area, separate dining room, full bath, and laundry in the utility room.
The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, his and hers walk in wardrobe, and large deluxe en suite with jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a large walk in wardrobe. The third bedroom has two twin sized beds, TV, and a walk in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom has two twin sized beds, walk in wardrobe, and a dresser. There is a second full bath for the second, third, and fourth bedrooms on the first floor. The fifth bedroom, which is located downstairs, has a queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe, dresser, and crib. There is also a double pull out bed available.
A private, screened, heated pool is 20x36 feet, and spa with quality pool furniture, is just outside through the patio doors in the living room.There is also a kids safety gate for around the pool area. Thers is also a very nice large garden to the side of the house
This property is privately owned and is spotless, with professional care for the pool and lawn every week. There is also a charcoal BBQ area outside.
