Ideal for 4 People 2bed/2bath with Private Solar Heated Pool, Air con/Fans, Tiled throughout. On A Prime Location, Chatham Park - Kissimmee. Security Patrolled, Our Guests have full use of the Larger Community Pool, Tennis, Basketball, Childrens Play Area and Lakes.

Lounge, Fully furnished, to include 3 sofas, tv/video/cd and Patio Doors leading to the Pool Area.

Pool, approx 24x12. Screened and Fenced with table chairs and loungers.

Kitchen, Fully furnished, granite worktops, pleasant breakfast area and an open outlook to the lounge.

Master Bedroom 1, Queen size pillow top bed, walk in closet and dressing area. Ensuite with double walk in shower.

Bedroom 2, Twin beds, built in wardrobe and Ensuite with shower over.

Both Bedrooms with IPod/MP3 Player/Docking Station/CD/Radion/Alarm clocks, & Cable TV

Double Garage, includes washer/dryer,iron/board and with remote controlled doors.

Licensed by both Florida State and Oscola County.

A Great Location - We have many guests who return again and again. Several families now more than 6 times with us. The two main compliments we find in our Guest Book is the reference to our excellent home and it's facilities, along with the Chatham Park Location, which is why it is regarded as a Prime Location by so many.

Chatham Park has 300 residential/holiday rental homes, and is Located half a mile away from the Main US Highway "192" so close yet so quiet.

Situated in between Markers 13/14 on the "192" and just a few miles from The Popular "Old Town" and The Medievil Times Castle.

Conveniently placed for all the Theme Parks, several alternative routes to The Parks nearby for use at busy times. Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld all approx. 10/20 minutes drive.

Shops - 3 miles to the (535) Lake Beuna Vista Factory Stores, and another 3 miles to the Popular Orlando Premium Outlets on International Drive/Vineland Road.The New Loop, growing daily with shops ie, JC Penny,Kohls, Best Buy etc, 8 miles away on the John Young Parkway.

2 Walmarts - Both 5 minutes away, open 24/7, also a Super Target and Publix less than 5 minutes away, for your home shopping. Many other shops, restaurants, crazy golf, boat rides, flea markets and other amenities nearby. This part of the "192" is also pedestrianised should you like to walk, another reason making this area so popular.

Orlando Airport 18 miles - Sandford Airport 46 miles.

• Other Fees: For stays less than a week please add $50 cleaning. Nightly rates are pro rata. Credit Card payments will have a 3% service charge added

This beautiful and clean villa was a very nice place to stay in Florida for our Family. It has a nice clean and warm pool that helps you to relax at the end of the day.
