Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
Welcome to your home away from home ' Mushu 's Dynasty, where you 'll find all of the comforts of home, as well as, some you only dreamed of. This spacious and beautiful dynasty sleeps 8-10 guests comfortably, and is suitable for two families vacationing together.
It is situated in Indian Ridge (Kissimmee), a well established, quiet, friendly neighborhood, only 4 miles from Disney World. It offers an impressively large south-facing pool with a screened terrace (not overlooked by neighboring homes), a selection of pool toys, safety alarms on doors that lead to the pool, permanent natural gas BBQ, and a covered porch with comfortable pool furniture.
The master bedroom has a king bedroom set, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have digital cable LCD HDTVs. The third and fourth bedrooms each have 2 twin beds, digital cable TVs, and individual Play Station 2 consoles.
The lounge has executive leather furniture with queen size sofa sleeper, digital cable 60 Inch HDTV with DVD/VCR player, and stereo with CD player. The living room also has executive leather furniture with queen size sofa sleeper, and a new computer/printer with free high-speed cable internet access. The home includes free unlimited local, as well as, domestic and international long distance calling.
The game room has a pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, dartboard, X Box 360 (Live) with a selection of games, Play Station 2 with a selection of games, digital cable TV with a DVD/VCR player, stereo with CD player, and a selection of toys for the kids.
There is a fully equipped kitchen (all new appliances) and breakfast area with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, icemaker and everything you would need for a comfortable visit. A separate dining room overlooks the pool area. The dynasty is equipped a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, and full linens and towels including large pool towels. There is free local,
as well as, both domestic and international long distance telephone calls. The dynasty even provides a baby crib, high chair and stroller. There also is a community pool, tennis court, basketball hoop and children's playground within the subdivision.

- Excellent location, lovely villa, pool was a godsend for my 7 & 8 year olds and the terrace was big enough for me to 'escape'! My children couldnt decide which bedrooms they would sleep in so they tried all three! Would definitely recommend this villa to family & friends Joanne , Lancashire, England
