With its 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, superbly-equipped Games Room and extended pool area and spa, Las Palmas Villa has all you could want - and more!
Our spacious Family Room has sumptuous sofas, a 55" flat-screen cable TV, Wii and X-Box games consoles and a DVD player.
Enjoy the sparkling waters of our 14 x 30 ft pool and raised spa pool or relax by the poolside on our extended 16 x 40ft. pool deck. During the cooler months, pool heating can be provided. To protect the kids there's a removable safety fence and all doors leading to the deck area are fitted with safety locks and switchable alarms. Just a short walk from the villa but still within the Seasons community there's a children's play area.
Have fun in our Games Room with its fabulous pool table, air hockey table and football table. Practice your accuracy with our electronic darts board - or just sit comfortably and watch from the sidelines!
Need some time out' Our separate Lounge area provides extra space and a tranquil haven - perfect for reading, playing board games or a quiet chat. We've even provided some family games and books for both adult and young readers.

Very nice home. 7 nice size bedrooms ! TVs in almost all bedrooms. Home was in very good condition and location was very close to Walmart and the main road leading to Disneyland. Quiet neighborhood. Great deal for the price.

Searching the web for the ârightâ holiday home is quite a task, finding the right location, number of bedrooms, right price & availability etc. Lisa & Martin came up trumps! The fast response to our enquiry was fantastic while their replies to any questions were friendly, in-depth and first class and payment details were straight forward.
We had a fantastic holiday and our time at Las Palmas Villa was exceptional! Everything about the Villa was even better than described. The whole villa was clean and beautifully presented. In fact, on arrival, we were quite overwhelmed at how nice it was. The bedrooms were very spacious and the whole villa had an open feel to it, enhanced by the games room, swimming pool and spa which were a welcome sight after a hard day of visiting the many tourist attractions. Las Palmas Villa was perfectly situated for local shopping and for venturing out to the many theme parks.
The local managing agent was very friendly and helpful, contacted us on arrival to make sure we had settled in ok and came round regularly to check and clean the swimming pool and was on hand for any enquiries.
We would not hesitate to recommend Las Palmas Villa as the perfect accommodation whilst staying in Florida and we look forward to staying there again!

The whole process from searching for a villa to taking up residence was very easy. Lisa and Martin were extremely helpful throughout. From the very beginning we found you to be very kind and gracious. Our stay at Las Palmas for almost 2 weeks was unforgettable. We spent most of the time in the pool, hot tub and Games Room. The house was all that was shown on the internet, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about renting. The villa has 7 bedrooms, 2 of which are Masters and the 3rd (Master) bedroom has a bathroom just out the door. There is wireless internet, a pool, hot tub, Games Room with pool table, air hockey, foosball and electronic darts. What else could they offer? Nothing in my opinion. That is why after an exhaustive search I chose Las Palmas Villa and am very glad I did. Could not have been better!

My family and I had a SUPER time....Everything was picture perfect, the house was tastefully done, and we really felt right at home. Our vacation could not have been any better.
