This is a new luxury villa for only $700/$1000 week. A pool home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is perfect for all of family to stay in during their Orlando visit. The spacious home have a very comfortable atmosphere with they own private screened porch pool to enjoy after a day of exploring Orlando. This home are nearby to all of major Orlando attractions, it is only 20 minutes to Walt Disney World, Universal Studio, Sea World and so much more. Less than a mile to Wall-Mart Super center Grocery Market and Outlet shopping.
It offers two queen size master bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, three full bathrooms and sleep maximum for 08 peoples. Nicely decorated with comfort and space. Game room with pool, air hockey and Foosball. Three TV's, one in living room and two in Master rooms.Safety box and upgrades ceramic tiles throughout.
Special: Free long distance calls in USA and CANADA.
High speed wireless internet.
Cleaning charged $85 if less than 5 nights.
Optional pool heat charged $150/week or $25/day and minimum 4 days.
Optional new Gas grill BBQ 680 square inches, charged $30 for cleaning. One time fee of $30 for stays of any number of night or occupants,

We really enjoyed our stay for 10 days. It's just far enough away from the busy city but convenient enough that wherever we went it seemed to be close. Very peaceful and private back yard.
