Kissimmee is just south of Orlando. The area is more beautiful than Orlando and much less commercialized..However it's still only a hop, skip and a jump away from all the attractions. When we take our children down they enjoy the resort more than the attractions.

PEACEFUL, July 2, 2008 Resort very nice, June 23, 2008 Wonderful family vacation!, May 12, 2008 We just returned from our vacation. Thank you so much for allowing us to check in a day early. The drive was gruelling to say the least! We had a wonderful time. We went to Sea World (2 days) then spent the rest of the days by the pool and hot tub. The other complex owners were very nice. I made sure that we purchased several bags of oranges before we left.
Your condo was perfect for us, however, there were a few minor items that needed attention. I told the managment office: Outside light needs replacement (lightbulb out), refrigerator lightbulb needs replacement, master bedroom shower is clogged and toilet does not flush all the time.
We would like to stay there again!
