Area Description

Kissimmee is just south of Orlando. The area is more beautiful than Orlando and much less commercialized..However it's still only a hop, skip and a jump away from all the attractions. When we take our children down they enjoy the resort more than the attractions.

We had a wonderful time. The pool was just across the street from the villa we were at. The hot tub was GREAT! The villa was very clean and had everything you needed. The next time we vacation in Florida we will probably go back. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.

We just returned from the resort. The resort is very nice and quiet. The pools were nice, heated and very clean. My family and I just wished the beach was closer. Its like an hour or so away. Thanks for the rental!

Thanks to the property owner of this property--my family was able to have a vacation of a lifetime! The property was everything as promised and more! the owner was very flexible with our last minute changes- and very considerate of our needs! Beautiful location, beautiful resort! Highly reccomend vacationers to take a tour! Already looking forward to nex time!

We really enjoyed our stay here and with the internet connection and the no charge phone feature was certainly a bonus to us. The next visit we would be interested in your larger villa as the extra bedroom would give us the additional room especially when we have company. The complex is very clean, the people are so friendly and the pool is fantastic ... we are not swimmers but we certainly enjoyed the pool almost every day. We initially thought we were out way to far from civilization but after we found our bearings, we certainly enjoyed the peace and quietness from all the hussle.

Hopefully we can connect again next year at this time as we did enjoy the month of November for our vacation time.

Hi Randy,
We just returned from our vacation. Thank you so much for allowing us to check in a day early. The drive was gruelling to say the least! We had a wonderful time. We went to Sea World (2 days) then spent the rest of the days by the pool and hot tub. The other complex owners were very nice. I made sure that we purchased several bags of oranges before we left.
Your condo was perfect for us, however, there were a few minor items that needed attention. I told the managment office: Outside light needs replacement (lightbulb out), refrigerator lightbulb needs replacement, master bedroom shower is clogged and toilet does not flush all the time.
We would like to stay there again!
