Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
This home features a master bedroom with a King sized bed that has a sliding door out to the outdoor kidney shaped pool, which has a full patio set and barbecue. In addition, the second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the last bedroom has two single beds.
This open concept bungalow has a large living spaces, complete with a pull out sofa bed, sound system, VCR, DVD, and 2 Satellite TVs (a 50" Samsung Plasma & a 40"SONY with SONY Blue Ray DVD and Top 150 channels from Direct TV.
The kitchen includes a fridge, Stove (Oven), Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage dispenser, Cooking ware and Eating utensils. In addition there is Washer and Dryer.
This Villa is extremely clean and well maintained by a local and licensed property management "Pereira's Private Villas". Bed sheets and towels are provided and pool being cleaned each week. Also there are City garbage pickups on Tuesday and Friday morning. Located within few minutes from the Villa you will find gas stations, supermarkets, wide variety of restaurants, fast food places, hotels and many stores including shopping malls.
The Pool is heated by 4 Solar Panels (4x12ft.long) and pool heat cover / Blanket is provided to heat the pool during the winter at no extra cost. Auxiliary Electric Pool heat is available to keep the water temp. above 80 deg. F. during cold and cloudy winter days. This cost extra $18/day or $120/week.
This magnificent Villa can be rented from $89-$99 per Night including tax.

A home away from home

My family and I stayed here while visiting Florida. Our intention was to spent as little time at the villa and as much time as possible in Disney and Universal. It turned out we spent most of our time at the villa and enjoyed the most relaxing holiday/vacation for some time and that includes my 8 and 3 year old boys. The property is very near to the Airport , Disney and Universal. The Pre-visit information supplied by the owners and management company was excellent and were extremely helpful and polite. On my return to the UK I am telling everyone about the villa who are keen to book it for their holiday. Top marks all around would most definitely use again.

We stayed at 790 Country Woods for 11 days and each day we had a great time. When we were not going to the parks we enjoy the pool with the kids. The house has everything you need to make you feel at home when you are away from home.I most add that the price for this house is very affordable and I will definitely recomend this house to a friend.

This was a great property and we didn't want to leave. Will definitely inquire about staying there again. The one thing I would change is the blinds. They didn't close and open properly. Otherwise the house was perfect.

The house was very nice and clean. Everything we needed was there. We were told that we were about 20 minutes from everything, but turned out to be around 30-35, which was no big deal. I would stay here again.
