Our Non-smoking villa is in an ideal location, giving you the best of both worlds! Peace and quiet in the country yet only 4 miles from Disney! Perfectly situated on a larger than average lot, on the perimeter of the popular Indian Ridge community, means that you are not overlooked at the rear of the home. Here you can relax by the west facing pool and watch the uninterrupted view of the sunset on those warm Florida nights. It also has the benefit of a community pool, tennis courts and children's play area.
Inside the villa, you will be at ease in the comfortable surroundings and have the use of a large screen TV, VCR and DVD with a collection of films for your enjoyment. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need including washer, dryer and dishwasher. All linens and towels are provided as are the smaller items such as hairdrier and iron.
All you need bring is yourself!!!
The master bedroom, with the added comfort of a king-size bed, also has cable TV. With the queen-size bedroom and twin-bedded room, this villa can sleep up to 6 people.
The private pool, with optional heating, is fully screened and has a shaded lanai. Pool furniture and gas BBQ are provided for dining outdoors on those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine.
