Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Welcome to our luxury 5 bedroom 4 bathroom pool/spa villa situated on the much sought after Indian Creek community just 4 minutes from the gates of Disney.

Each bedroom is complete with ceiling fans, air conditioning and tv/vcr combos. Two bedrooms have kingsize beds and en-suites, one bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, the two twin bedrooms come complete with a games console each, books and games.

The kitchen is fully equip and comes with both a dining area and breakfast bar.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and a hoover.

The garage is the games room and comes with a full size pool table and other games for your entertainment.

There is a separate dining area leading to the great room which is equip with luxury furnishings, 40 ' tv with dvd player, dvd films, stereo, skylights, air conditioning, ceiling fans and leads out to the pool via patio doors.

The pool and decking areas are true south facing and have both been upgraded and extended and include a raised heated jacuzzi, spray jets, sam light, upgraded pool cleaner, and luxury furnishings, there is also a lanai are for lunch by the pool.

Overall this is a fantastic villa and will give you that dream holiday you and the family have always wanted.

Area Description

Orlando is known as the vacation capital of the world, but it 's a big place, and choosing the right location for your holiday villa is very important. Our villa is located at Indian Creek, a new and upmarket development just off the main 192, and less than 4 miles from the entrance to Disney World.

Indian Creek is one of the closest communities to the magic. Typical driving time is between 5 and 10 minutes.

A few miles further along you 'll find all the other attractions such as Universal Studios, Seaworld etc.

It 's less than 30 from Orlando airport and in our holiday pack you will find a map and clear instructions on how to get to the villa, It 's quite easy.

The Indian Creek location was carefully chosen from the numerous developments in the Kissimmee area. As you might imagine we have paid a premium to be this close to the action, but we think it 's worth it. It 's a great location, a quiet oasis but near to everything. It means that our guests can make a genuinely short trip backwards and forwards to the parks. It 's also very handy for the many shops and restaurants which are close by.

Perfect Place for a family reunion, December 13, 2009

Piglets Place was ideal for our needs. There were 6 adults all having our our bedrooms and 4 children, 2 boys & 2 girls so the other 2 bedrooms worked out nicely for them. The kids ranged in age from 6 to 15 and loved the pool. I loved the hot tub! Location so close to Disney was a great bonus.

We, as a family went through the loss of a parent in November of 2008, so when we all had the opportunity to get together one year later, we took it. We wanted a place large enough so we could be together but seperate at the same time. This house meet all those needs and more. We can now look at November with a more positive attitude, thanks to the clean and spacious, comfortable, and homey surrondings. The house appears exactly as the listing portrays it, absolutely no suprises. You can relax by the pool, have a family friendly competition in the games room and a quiet family dinner with seating for all in the dining room. The location was perfect you can easily get to all of the local attractions within a reasonable time, spend the day and be home for a relaxing evening. The house was in a quiet area and nicely kept, moments to all amendities to set up housekeeping or for dining out. We strongly recommend this villa to any family who need a place for a large gathering to celebrate a special occassion or for some quiet reflection. In closing thank you to Scott for his patience as responsiveness to our numerous emails regarding our stay. Again we will look upon November 2009 with fond memories.

We spent a week in the Villa and it was absolutely more than we expected!!! Very beautiful and VERY CLEAN!!! The heated pool and hot tub were an extra bonus when vaccationing late in November. The community was very nice and quiet and the drive to Disney was quick and easy. Thank you so much for our dream vaccation!!!! We will be back in 2 years!!!!!!!!!!

The house was a perfect fit for our stay. Two families with small children and one grandparent there was lots of room for all. We especially appreciated the strollers, one double and one single for our children, saving us from having to rent when we got to Disney. The house was clean, very comfortable, everything worked and was in good condition. The pool was heavenly after a long hot day at the park. It made our vaction a far better experience than if we had gone to a hotel. Thank you!

This was the first time we rented a home in Disney (as opposed to a hotel)and it was a phenomenal experience! Previously, we've stayed at park resorts & at suites outside of the main gate, and this was the best option, yet. Plenty of room, privacy & comfort for all 7 of us, with room for at least 4 more. Close proximity to them parks, shopping, restaurants, major interstates & even beaches. Simply pack your clothes as there is no need for anything else! Amenities & comforts of home for all ages, from newborn to retired. Modern, clean, spacious and privacy for multiple families. Extremely kid-friendly & various safety systems by the pool. We will absolutely go back & tell friends and family. Hope to be back again in the future!

Just a quick note from all of us to say what a wonderful time we had in Orlando and what a wonderful place you have. Couldn't have been more convenient, more spacious and more luxurious. Much better than any hotel we have stayed at. Having multiple bedrooms and baths gave everyone their own space and made getting ready in the a.m. quick and easy. The pool was loved by all as well. It was great to relax there while we were away from the parks. By the way, our week weatherwise was fantastic, sunny, hi 80s during the day, 60s at night. Once again, thanks for renting to us, we really enjoyed it and will send others your way.

Dear Scott,
Your villa was wonderful. It was close to the parks, the 5 bedrooms were very nice and the pool was a lot of fun for the little ones. It would have been nice to have warmer weather but that was out of any of our control. I just want to let you know that the front bedroom was quite cooler then the rest of the house. It did not impede us in any way but I thought you would want to know. We really enjoyed the house. It was a nice fit for my family. When we return to FLorida in a year or two we plan on asking to rent your home again.

We had a great time in Florida, the villa was exactly as your site showed it. The house was neat and tidy and supplied with everything we needed.
We are leery when it comes to responding to anything on the internet and especially to sending money in advance for services and are glad we chose your villa. Our selection for your villa was based on the comments of former guests. We were skeptical about the posting regarding the distance from the airport and other attractions but it really was as stated. We stayed all day at Magic Kingdom and did not have a long tiring commute back to the villa. The location was perfect for everything we had planned for the week, ie leave in the morning and return by 8 pm and then enjoy the quiet of the house. The weather was great only one cool day, requiring a sweat shirt but, compared to our weather here, that was still a warm day for us at this time of year. in fact we drove through snow in Maine on Nov 5th on our way to Portland to catch our flight to Florida.

There were some unexpected guests in the backyard between the wooden fence and the screen which enclosed the pool area. On three occasions armadillos crossed the property. They have quite the path worn down. This was a novelty for us, but perhaps is a nuisance for you.

We have told many of our friends about the place and have recommended it to them. If we return to Florida in the future we will certainly look to stay at the same place.

Our stay at Piglets place was exceptional. The location was close to all the major attractions and with a little inventive planning, my kids were able to navigate the area missing the closing time departing rush on the major highways and still get back to Piglets Place in about 10 min.

One of the things that I enjoyed was relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a day of enjoying the theme parks in (90 degree weather) late into the evening or occasionally early morning, just watching the nighttime sky, and seeing satellites float by and an vocational meteor.

We had a great time.

Yes, we had a great time! There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool was really nice. Hi Scott,

Everything worked out great - the spa and pool were a lot of fun and the layout of the villa was ideal for us. We enjoyed the short commute to Disney (a couple of years ago, we stayed a bit further away and seemed to be consistently caught in traffic). Your property manager was great and returned calls promptly when we had a couple of questions. We have passed along the villa information to several friends who will be travelling to Florida within the next year.
