The Dolphin Paradise is a two-story, fully air-conditioned, four bedroom villa with 2.5 baths, spacious family room, a formal dining area, a breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped games room and a large outdoor heated and screened swimming pool.
The main floor has the Dolphin Paradise King Suite. This master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bath with separate shower and garden tub, dual sinks as well as plush towels and linen for your comfort.
The spacious family room offer cable TV, a collection of Disney movies on DVD, and adequate seating for as many as eight guests. The formal dining room comfortably seats eight. Causal dining in the breakfast nook features a high chair for your young travelers and seats a total of 4 guests.
The converted garage games room as well as, the swimming pool is accessible from within the villa and provides hours of entertainment for children and adults alike. For your added convenience an extra half bath is located on the main floor. Step up to the upper level where three spacious and fully furnished bedrooms await you. This floor has its own full bath.

Lindfields is located on US 192 approximately 3 miles to Walt Disney, 20 minutes to Universal Studios and 15 minutes to Sea World. Busch Gardens & Island of Adventure is a comfortable 60 minutes drive away on I4 to Tampa.
You will find 2 large supermarkets nearby - Wal-Mart Super Center and Publix. On US 192, there are also smaller stores, a variety of restaurants, shopping malls as well as a Family Sports Bar at the entrance of Lindfields where you can see all live sports on big screens. And for those who enjoy great deals in shopping for high-end labels there is also easy access to the Premier designer outlet that host over 130 stores just 8 miles away on Lake Buena Vista. After shopping for all your favorites you can then relax at the Bahamas Breeze for a Gourmet Caribbean Meal and enjoy the many flavors of sunny Florida.
If golf is your favorite sport, you must visit the spectacular Orange Lake Country Club that is close to the entrance of Lindfields. It offers 4 challenging courses that will take your game to a whole new level with rolling greens and gorgeous fairways all your own. There are also lots of top quality courses including miniature golf within a short drive of the villa.
Guests staying at the Dolphin Paradise Villa are also approximately 10 minutes from Lake Louisa Fishing and Camping Sites and about an hour from the Gulf Coast, Clearwater, Tampa, Daytona etc. Miami, Fort Myers, the Everglades, West Palm Beach and Cape Coral can be reached in about 3-4 hours driving time.

You will notice most of the positive reviews were from a few years ago. The house was poorly cleaned, the screen over the pool was torn and drooped near the water, eventually, after three days a shoddy repair job was completed. The air conditioning did not work and we were down there during spring break when it was unseasonably hot. We reported it to Bibi each day and she assured us the A/C people would correct it. They never did. One day she even reported to me that they had been there and that we had left the heat on. This is absurd, I have built houses and very intune on the mechanics of the house. Bibi continued to spin us intil we left with very little recourse. The house is a nice place with a nice location but the overall maintenance and upkeep is terrible. for not much more money I strongly urge anyone to rent somewhere else..........Sincerely, Walt Smith, Northern Michigan. I wonder what those must have said...........Bibi and her outfit are total unprofessionals that should have there abilities to rent vacation homes revoked....

Nice house, in a great location, however, the owner was very slow to answer my e-mails during the booking process, quoted me one amount on our signed contract and then charged a higher amount to my credit card without notifying me. This was eventually refunded, after several phone calls. Upon arrival at the house, there was no telephone, or some other things that were promised in the contract. We had to go across the street to the other vacant rental to get a phone. It did not work. After several e-mails and calls using our cell phones, we got a new phone. There were ants in the bathrooms, the bedroom dressers and the beds. Each day we were outside shaking ants out of our clothing and brushing them out of the beds at night. Several people in our group received numerous bites. Someone came to spray the bathroom but the ants in the bedrooms were never treated. The screen for the pool had many large tears in it. Insects and debris from the overhanging tree dropped into the pool routinely. The house received only a cursory cleaning between guests. There was a baby soother left in one dresser, dead bugs were on the baseboards in the corners of the bedrooms and a dirty facecloth was left in the bathroom closet with the clean linens. The TVs are old and the applicances need repair or updating, as they make loud noises and do not clean well. There were too many more problems to list in this limited space. Needless to say, we will not be repeating or recommending this experience.

We were very pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the home. I had my brother and his family visiting from Oklahoma. We had enough room to accommadate 6 kids and 4 adults. The rooms were good size, the pool was great. The location was good. We really enjoyed our stay so did the kids.

This place was awesome. Very clean quite and secure. Pool was nice and the manager (Bebe) even stopped in to make sure we were OK, great place to stay. We will be back soon.

absolutelly horrible place to stay for a vacation. It all looks so nice on the pictures because it doesn't show the pests inside the kitchen cabinets. I guess the owners are not the cleanest people. Stay away from that one.
Good Morning: We left flowers and items in the refrigerator for others to enjoy. Fruit is on the countertop also. We have also donated a cooler in pantry. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
