Our Kissimmee 4 bedroom Vacation Villa offers the perfect combination - the ambiance of a Luxury Villa with the Amenities of an upscale Executive Resort Home. The rear of our villa overlooks a natural pond. We took great pride in selecting the decor throughout the villa making sure that you and your family will enjoy every moment of your vacation from a day at the parks to a quiet evening at the villa. Enjoy the ambiance of the pool while lounging or sitting around the table on the pool deck for a family dinner or just a conversation.

Whether you are in Florida on vacation or simply for a quiet time away from home, the Dolphin Paradise is your ideal choice for a family-friendly vacation home away from home. You are so close to Disney you will actually "feel the magic". Strollers, Crib, High Chair available at no additional cost to you.

The Dolphin Paradise is a two-story, fully air-conditioned, four bedroom villa with 2.5 baths, spacious family room, a formal dining area, a breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped games room and a large outdoor heated and screened swimming pool.

The main floor has the Dolphin Paradise King Suite. This master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bath with separate shower and garden tub, dual sinks as well as plush towels and linen for your comfort.

The spacious family room offer cable TV, a collection of Disney movies on DVD, and adequate seating for as many as eight guests. The formal dining room comfortably seats eight. Causal dining in the breakfast nook features a high chair for your young travelers and seats a total of 4 guests.

The converted garage games room as well as, the swimming pool is accessible from within the villa and provides hours of entertainment for children and adults alike. For your added convenience an extra half bath is located on the main floor. Step up to the upper level where three spacious and fully furnished bedrooms await you. This floor has its own full bath as well as a PS2 console.

If you are spending your holidays away from home, you will certainly feel right at home with our holiday festive decor. And because we are family owned and operated, our Villas are also filled with a warm and welcoming atmosphere as your comfort is our priority.

Area Description

The magnificent Dolphin Paradise Vacation Villa is located on a secluded and quiet cul-de-sac in a tranquil location within the prestigious Lindfields Estate boasting a scenic, safe and quiet environment, about one mile off US Hwy 192 and US 27 and about 3 miles from most of Disney attractions. Nearby Blacklake and Sherbert Roads provide excellent, time-saving shortcuts to Disney attractions. There is an array of superb local restaurants providing a wide selection of international cuisines.

Lindfields is located on US 192 approximately 3 miles to Walt Disney, 20 minutes to Universal Studios and 15 minutes to Sea World. Busch Gardens & Island of Adventure is a comfortable 60 minutes drive away on I4 to Tampa.

You will find 2 large supermarkets nearby - Wal-Mart Super Center and Publix. On US 192, there are also smaller stores, a variety of restaurants, shopping malls as well as a Family Sports Bar at the entrance of Lindfields where you can see all live sports on big screens. And for those who enjoy great deals in shopping for high-end labels there is also easy access to the Premier designer outlet that host over 130 stores just 8 miles away on Lake Buena Vista. After shopping for all your favorites you can then relax at the Bahamas Breeze for a Gourmet Caribbean Meal and enjoy the many flavors of sunny Florida.

If golf is your favorite sport, you must visit the spectacular Orange Lake Country Club that is close to the entrance of Lindfields. It offers 4 challenging courses that will take your game to a whole new level with rolling greens and gorgeous fairways all your own. There are also lots of top quality courses including miniature golf within a short drive of the villa.

Guests staying at the Dolphin Paradise Villa are also approximately 10 minutes from Lake Louisa Fishing and Camping Sites and about an hour from the Gulf Coast, Clearwater, Tampa, Daytona etc. Miami, Fort Myers, the Everglades, West Palm Beach and Cape Coral can be reached in about 3-4 hours driving time.

We were very pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the home. I had my brother and his family visiting from Oklahoma. We had enough room to accommadate 6 kids and 4 adults. The rooms were good size, the pool was great. The location was good. We really enjoyed our stay so did the kids.
