Florida vacation home in a resort communitie (#34469)

Write a review My one complaint would be "I'm in Florida in January and it snowed?!!!! Really enjoyed the area -- close to all the tourist spots and really, really enjoyed Old Town on Friday and Saturday nights. Beautiful home. Very clean and the decro was lovely. The community itself was great. Everyone there made us feel at home. Will stay again in the future. VEry close to disney world and all attractions. IF u plan to ome visit florida this is the place to go. I just returned from staying seven wonderful days at 14429 Vista Del Lago. It was a great QUIET place, which I was in need of. The house was almost a TEN except for the shortness of pots and pans. Hopefully that can be corrected soon with a trip to Target or Wal-Mart which were both only minutes away. Rest at ease to whomever reads this review you will not be sorry! when we got to the property we thought it was a condo-apt.style lodging,but were pleasantly surprised it was a double wide pre fab home.it was spacious,very well maintained,and clean.the only minor drawback was the hot water situation.I believe the the hot water tank had a small capacity,and with 7 people and a baby,we had to wait 1/2 hour between showers,but otherwise the pools were warm and clean and the staff at clubhouse and gate were pleasant and helpful.our manager,charlene was happy to see us and very helpful and willing to do anything to make our trip enjoyable,very quiet home away from home,now we know where we'll stay when we come to florida!everything we needed was in house,we really recommend this property,along with amenities. It was a nice place and a very nice area : green area , security, nice, clean , nice swimming pool , nice and kindly neighbours. The house is very large, clean and comftable and a nice decoration all !! The location : The house was close to everything ( 10-15 minuts from the parks). I hope we will visit again the house ! IS THE PERFECT SITE FOR A FAMILY WHO NEED TO RELAX AND ENJOY LIFE. WE CAN'T DESCRIBE HOW PLEASANT AND COMFORTABLE WAS OUR EXPERIENCE IN THIS RESORT COMMUNITY(HOUSE). HOW HELPFUL, RES-PONSIBLE,AND LOVELY THE OWNER WAS. ALWAYS THERE WHEN YOU NEED IT. ALSO THE STAFF WHO KEEP THE PLACE SAFE AND CLEAN, THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL... THANKS FOR ALLOWED US TO BE YOUR GUESTS. I WILL SEE YOU NEXT YEAR..!!!!!! This place had everything you could possibly need it was like I was at home away from home. Very comfortable & a very nice quiet community! I would definetly recommened this place to everyone! THE HOUSE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE;A FEW MINOR PROBLEMS WERE IMMEDIATELY RESOLVED.I WOULD BOOK MY NEXT VACATION WITH VACATION HOME RENTALS. It was a nice place. Good location! It was close to everything. The set up and decoration of the house was pretty nice. The house was clean when checked in, except for a little mess in the big bathroom, but it wasn't big deal. Overall experience was good. Terry was pleasant and helpful at booking. The place is very nicely decorated in tropical style. Lots of space, can sleep 8. Huge dinning table and two bathrooms. Lots of large flat screen tv's that my son loved! Shaded parking for the car. Site manager was professional. Kitchen sinks are small but appliances were great. Never made it to the pools. Large supermarket and 24 hr drug store nearby. Fifteen minutes to Disney theme parks. Almost everything in the home is new. Very comfortable... we called it home and would definitely go again! Will tell friends too. Although the unit itself was not much to look at from the outside, it did have everthing we needed on the inside. The bedrooms were a good size and the TV's were awesome. The 2 bathrooms were good too. All appliances with the exception of the Washer/Dryer appeared to be new and worked well. The gate personnel were friendly and easy to talk to. The pools were kept clean and they were warm. I cant rate my experience as a 5 star because upon our arrival the bed sheets for the master and all towels for the bathroom were still in the dirty hamper and needed to be washed and the dishwasher was full. Although this is not a big deal they should have had all laundry done and the the dishwasher emptied for the next guests. If we return to the Orlando area we would consider staying here again in the future. Unit was located in quiet, gated community, only a few miles from Disney. Plenty of space, everything on the inside of the unit was new and in excellent shape. No yard to speak of, but there are three shared pools within the community.
