This family oriented villa features game room, screened pool, hot tub/spa with 34 water and air jets, full kitchen, 2 familyrooms, and a livingroom.

This newly built six bedrooms, four and a half bathes Villa with a south pointing private heated pool located in the highly prestigious gated resort of Emerald Island, just 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World and minutes away from Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, and other attractions.

The Villa has been professionally decorated to a very high standard and provides ample accommodation for up to 12 guests. The Villa boasts two Master bedroom suites each with king size bed, walk-in closet, and its own en-suite bathroom. The Master bedroom in the ground floor has a shower enclosure, a country style corner bath in the bathroom and a large executive desk with high speed internet connection.

There are four additional bedrooms, one king, one queen, and two twins. Two of the twin bedrooms are Disney themed which have been decorated with the young generation in mind. All rooms feature walk-in closets providing ample storage. Hair Dryer is included in each of the bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with glass cook-top range, built in microwave and side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in door. Just about everything that you could need to prepare a family feast or a small snack for the kids is at your disposal. Choose to eat in the formal dining area, which has a pass-through to the kitchen, or in the breakfast nook that looks out onto the pool.

Our hot tub/spa easily seats up to 5 people, or more, and it has a very comfortable lounger. It has 34 water and air jets that are set up to reach your neck, back, shoulders, legs, calves and your feet! We believe our spa is the best in the Emerald Island Resort.

The game room is equipped with a 4.5' by 9' pool table and a foosball table.

The Emeral Island Resort

Overview

Emerald Island Resort is a secure, private, manned-gated community situated within hundreds of acres of protected woodland and wetland. The community consists of a multitude of spacious, executive holiday homes, utilizing a communal clubhouse with many amenities on offer to guests. Set in a picturesque and tranquil landscape, it's the perfect place to relax after a fun day at the theme parks. Although it's a very quiet, peaceful area, the hussle and bussle of Disney is only three miles away, making Emerald Island the closest resort to the Disney parks.

The Grounds

The stunning surrounding area includes numerous lakes containing a variety of local wildlife such as otters and tortoises. There are dedicated pathways throughout the woods for those who enjoy getting closer to nature, plus picnic and barbecue areas. The main entrance road is lined with palm trees, and you'll pass fountains and water features as you enter the community.

The Clubhouse

The clubhouse is located near the main gate of the resort. It has its own heated pool, spa, plus a sauna, games room, 2 lighted tennis courts, volleyball, gymnasium, internet café and club lounge. There is an information centre available at the reception where you'll find helpful advice on activities such as catching the shuttle-bus to the Disney parks.

A twenty-four hour supermarket is located less than one mile from the resort, plus a selection of other shops and restaurants are nearby. There are also some excellent golf course within each reach.

Rates include the use of our computer connected to wireless broadband. We will discount three and four week stays. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out 10am. This is to allow for cleaning. We are happy to offer a late check out at no charge if we do not have a check-in the day of your departure.

We really enjoyed staying at this spacious and very clean home. We had 4 families, and we had plenty of room to have our own downtime after a long day at Disneyworld. We really enjoyed the pool and gameroom. Disneyworld along with stores and restaurants were in close driving distance. Will definitely stay at this same house again next time we travel to Florida. Owner is very helpful and easy to work with.

Stayed at the house 5/28/09 to 6/8/09. House was very clean and well maintained. Unlike some rentals, house did not appear to be abused by renters. Pool was clean. Neighborhood grounds well maintained. Very close to Disney (5 minutes), grocery store and super target. Owner very easy to work with and very accommodating for special requests.

Me and my family have been to Disney many times and this is the first time we decided to rent a house as we usually stay at one of the Disney hotels. After staying here, we won't be staying at Disney anymore. The location was great, only a 5 minute drive to all the Disney parks. Plus for the price of only an average 1 bedroom Disney hotel room for the week, you get an entire house. If you have a large family (we had 6 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby) this is a no brainer. We would have needed at least 3 or 4 Disney hotel rooms. The owner was real friendly. I never had a problem getting him on the phone if I had a question. You can tell he pays attention to detail. Directions with photos of every intersection, 45 photos of the house online, including the floorplan. The keyless lock system on the front door is perfect for people coming and going at different times. The house was nicely furnished and very spacious with a playground nearby perfect for young kids. We'll be back.

The subdivision is very lovely. Beautiful entrance with dolphin fountains. Close to Disney World, good restaurants, grocery stores and fast-food restaurants. House is lovely. Well furnished. Nice pool. Owner was very nice and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Have recommended this home to several friends with large families.

We were in Orlando for a baseball Tournament and this was the best way to go. My parents went with us along with another one of my sons team mates.There was plenty of room for everyone. My dad is in a wheelchair and it was even comfortable for him. I would highly recommend staying at the Sun Moon Villa and we would stay here again.The owner was very helpful with discount tickets for the Disney parks.Everything was great!!!!!!!!!

This was my first time renting a vacation home. I was nervous about renting a home without having seen it first, but everything went very smoothly. The owner went out of his way to assist us, and everything was even better than we expected. The Sun Moon villa was breathtaking. There was PLENTY of room for our group of 10. All the appliances were modern and everything seemed brand new. And it was very close to Disney, just as advertised. This is definitely the way to go. It was very convenient to be able to wake up and cook breakfast for a crowd before a long day at the parks. And then to be able to come 'home' and either relax in the HUGE tub (big enough for 2!) or relax in the heated pool. Yes, the owner kept the pool heated for us, without charge!! We also felt very secure in the gated community. I could have stayed at the house the whole time, and I was sad to leave. We would definitely rent Sun Moon Villa again if we are fortunate enough to return to Orlando.
