HUGE two storey Platinum 5 Star Accredited LAKESIDE Villa with SOUTH FACING POOL, SPA and BALCONY with LAKE VIEWS only 10 MINUTES from DISNEY. GAMES ROOM with 42" PLASMA SCREEN TV, Digital Cable, DVD player, XBOX 360, 8FT POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY, FOOSBALL and GIANT CONNECT 4 GAME. OFFICE, PC, PRINTER, SCANNER, COPIER, WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS, large galleried landing with TV, Digital Cable, DVD player and XBOX with selection of games for all ages! ALL BEDROOMS HAVE TV's (except Shrek Bedroom). GPS SYSTEM PROVIDED FOR DURING YOUR STAY.

We are continually upgrading furnishings, bedding, towels and amenities to ensure our holiday home is one of the best equipped villas within the Disney area. This home offers over 2550sq ft of 1st class living accommodation with a host of extras to ensure a luxury stay for all age groups. Full climate control air conditioning and additional ceiling fans throughout and furnished to a high standard with continual upgrades for both the comfort of ourselves and that of our guests.
Oversized SOUTH FACING POOL, SPA and POOL DECK with stunning LAKE VIEWS, both the pool and spa have underwater lighting. Upgraded poolside furniture with table, chairs, parasol, reclining chairs, side tables with lights, sun loungers, large lanai with ceiling fan, great for alfresco dining. There is a safety fence next to the pool and spa for the safety of young children (this can be removed). Our pool deck is large and with the safety fence in place, young children can play safely in the shade. For additional child safety, all doors leading to the pool and spa area are alarmed.
Master Bedroom has SOUTH FACING BALCONY with LAKE VIEWS, with an imposing 6ft bed, wall mounted TV, Digital Cable, DVD player and HI FI System. Luxurious en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower enclosure, roman bath, his 'n hers wash hand basins and walk-in closets.
There are two further bedrooms upstairs, a Queen suite with TV, Digital Cable, DVD player, HI FI System and large walk-in closet and a Shrek Themed Bedroom for children with Twin Beds and large walk-in closet. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs with Bath, Shower, Basin and WC.
Our spacious home accommodates two families providing two living areas, one formal Lounge with classic sofas, Dining Room with coordinating dining suite and a second Family Room with a large TV, Digital Cable, DVD player and HI FI System. The vaulted ceiling in the Family Room provides a light and spacious feeling to the home, views across the lake, fully equipped Kitchen with every labour saving device, Breakfast Nook and Utility Room with American Size Washing Machine, Dryer and ironing facilities. We provide cots (x 2), highchair, stroller, baby bowls, spoons, bibs and a selection of children's melamine plates and bowls.
The ground floor Queen suite has sliding doors leading to the pool and spa area, TV, Digital Cable, DVD player, HI FI System and large walk-in closet. The ground floor Twin Bedroom has wall mounted TV, Digital Cable and large walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom downstairs with Bath, Shower, Basin and WC and an additional separate WC and Basin downstairs.
Area Description
Cumbrian Lakes is an exclusive, prestigious estate, just off the highway 192. Set within a protected 200 acre conservation area built around scenic lakes and illuminated fountains. For further relaxation there are nature walks and bike trails to explore after experiencing the hustle and bustle of theme parks only minutes away!! Visit nearby Celebration for Theatres, Cinemas and Museums. If you are spending Christmas at our villa, be sure to visit Celebration, where it snows every night!! The Magic of Disney....
This location is ideal for all of our guests offering both enjoyment and excitement close by combined with peace and tranquillity on site for relaxation. Fishing permitted on the lakes including the lake our home overlooks. Visit St Cloud Beach, a man made beach only 15 minutes away and ideal for children of all ages. Cocoa Beach is less than 1 hour drive from our villa. We provide a huge cool box and ice packs, so pack a picnic and head for the beach!!
Many local attractions for kids of all ages and adults too! Excellent restaurants a short drive away including Hard Rock Cafe, Smokey Bones, Ruby Tuesdays, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays and many more. Our GPS system available for use during your stay is loaded with all the attractions and many of our favourite restaurants.
Magic Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Seaworld, Aquatica, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Downtown Disney, Lake Buena Vista Shopping Outlet, Premium Shopping Outlet, Florida Mall, IKEA, The Loop, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Petting Farm, Horse Riding and Airboat Rides a few miles drive away. Not to mention all the many golf courses to choose from in the area.
A wonderful holiday only enhanced further by this fantastic Villa. Everything you see in the pictures is 100% accurate, and even better in the flesh. The pool area is spacious, safe and affords great views over the lake at the back. The house itself is superbly equipped, very comfortable and easily coped with our party of ten. It is in a prime location for all the parks being 10 minute drive to all of them, and it is barely a ten minute drive to the 192 and it's thousands of restaurants and shops. It is the perfect Villa, in the perfect location and offers something for everyone, whether you want the manic Park experience, or just quietly soak up a glorious sunset over the lake at the back. I also cannot finish without thanking Abigail for her advice and help before the trip. Phil and Jo out in Florida also are extremely friendly and approachable and all are a mine of useful information for the Floridian novices. All I can say is, the next time we go back, I will be checking here first. We've been on several Villa holidays and this one is I believe as good as it gets.

What a fantastic villa! The villa was exactly as described, immaculate. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, the games room was fantastic and the pool area was perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day at the theme parks. The location was great, ideal for all the parks! The onsite manager Phil is a mine of useful information and easy to contact. This gave us added piece of mind during our stay. Everything about this villa is fantastic, it is simply perfect. The facilities are great and just as the pictures show. The location is perfect for Disney and the other theme parks/attractions.
