Situated on the outskirts of Kissimmee, our home is in the heart of Florida. Our gated community of Cumbrian Lakes is surrounded by conservation areas, our home is on one of the three lakes on the community, we have a tot-lot, jogging trail and areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings. We are close to all the major attractions that Florida has to offer - Disney, Sealworld, Universal, then within the hour you could be on the beach at Daytona, visiting Cape Canaveral and the space centre (you can see the shuttle go up from our Lanai), or in the other direction - visit Tampa, Busch Gardens or go south to the Everglades (bit more than a day trip). We do have our own wildlife close by, you can take the boat to see the birds, alligators and other interesting wildlife, not to mention those on our own doorstep. Visit International Drive and shop, then there is the Florida Mall, Premium Outlets, Mall Millenia, Beltz Factory Outlets and more. We are close to all your favourite restaurants and can offer help with fine dining or even in house catering if required.

Sporty - We have enough golf courses to enable you to play a different course nearly every day of a two week vacation, help with tee times available on request. Riding, there are two stables to choose from, tennis - just down the road, Rodeo - 10 minute drive. The list is endless.
