Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Our villa, Tree House, is beautifully decorated and furnished with attractive, upscale furniture, brand new bedding and many upgrades.

Located just 3 miles from Disney's main entrance in the peaceful Indian Creek community, Our Tree House provides a superior accommodation in the ideal location. This area is known as the preferred area for guest home rentals near Disney because of its close proximity to other attractions including Universal Studio, Sea World, Discovery Cove, and Wet 'N Wild. There is a large plaza comprised of nearly a dozen restaurants, various shops and a 24 hour grocery store located on the corner as you turn off of Rt. 192 to head back to your home.

This stylish single story 5 bedroom/4 bathroom home has air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans located in every room. The two king en-suites open to the pool area and have luxurious pillow-top beds. Both have cable equipped flat screen TVs and cordless phones. A third Queen-Size bedroom has a pillow-top bed and adjoining bath. The remaining 2 bedrooms each contain two twin beds. There are plush linens throughout. The couches in the living room open into queen sofa beds, if needed, or can just be used to lounge on as you watch late night movies on the nearby 32” flat screen cable TV. We also provide FREE high speed Internet service and FREE long distance and International phone service for the follow countries:
US, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Chile, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, ,Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Vatican City. Keep in touch with anyone, anywhere; all you need to do is hook up your laptop and sign on.

The spacious living room is perfectly laid out for watching the fun going on in the pool area. The entire yard is screened-in and well fenced for privacy. As you exit out to the pool area, your attention will be immediately drawn to the stone pavers used in the construction of the pool decking. The stones help create an opulent setting for the pool. The Luxury Patio furniture and the ceiling fan on the shadow help you relax and stay cool.
The sparkling pool is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The pool is gas heated with lighting so that you and your family can enjoy splashing around whatever time of year or time of day you come to stay. There is a BBQ Gas/Charcoal Grill in the patio for you to use at no additional cost.

The large, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to feel at home: a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, plates, glasses and silverware, etc.There is a well-equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use, complete with an ironing board and iron. Extra Thick and Fluffy Towels are in all bathrooms.

Provided at no additional charge is gear for the growing family: a Pack-n-Play portable crib, high chair, stroller, and bed rails.

If you step outside, there's plenty to do in Indian Creek, with tennis courts, putting green, BBQ and Picnic areas, plus a volleyball court and child's play area, and easy access to the parks. You have a perfect vacation base.

The Indian Creek community facilities include a tennis court, children's playgrounds, a putting green and multi-purpose sports fields, where you also can watch the fireworks on some nights. ***Shopping Area & Restaurants ***
Shopping at Outlets, Kissimmee Loop and the Florida Mall are all minutes away, March is Spring Training and Kissimmee is summer camp for the Houston Astros and the Atlanta Braves. The Cleveland Indians are 5 hours away in Winter Haven and the Detroit Tigers are 45 minutes away in Lakeland. Catch many of the PGA and LPGA tournaments during the 'Florida Swing. The Daytona 500 is an easy drive about 1 hour away, and the Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach are a little over 1 hour drive away.

Just on the highway 192, Formosa Gardens Mall has a very well stocked Winn Dixie supermarket and a number of excellent restaurants.
There are several great restaurants without even having to go into highway traffic. Some of the great restaurants in the area are Red Lobster, TGI Friday's, Outback Steak House, Giordano’s ' Pizza, Carraba’s Italian Cuisine, Subway, the old country store -- Cracker Barrel and Dairy Queen for ice cream treats.
There is also a full service grocery store with a deli, an urgent care facility and a Walgreen's Drug store in the same area.

Directions that we received to the house from the airport was very easy to follow. Once we arrived at the villa it was everything we were told it would be and more. The kids loved the game room and the pool. We had plenty of room not once did I have to call the manager service for anything, the villa was very clean,shopping was near by for everything we needed. Getting to Disney and all the other parks was no problem and a short distance just like we were told. We were close to I-4 that we went to Tampa and that was a nice drive everyone in our party loved the villa and when it was time for us to return home, we all wanted to stay longer the villa was just beautiful and felt so at home. We had everything we needed just like we were at home, and on nights we cooked at the villa we had all we needed to prepare the meal. We would stay at the Villa again and again we just loved it. Was a wonderful vacation, and the price of the Villa and the location was great. I would say you should check this Villa out and the privacy you get plus you don't have to worry what time you get in you can always go for a swim if you like , and not worry like most resort pools close at 10:00 p.m. Thanks TO Rick and Susan for help making the Villa so welcoming.

This house suited our needs for our vacation. The home was very spacious and well decorated. The master suites were wonderful. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and felt secure. If we make it back to Florida, we would contact the owners of this home again. Rick and Susan were very accomodating and they were a pleasure doing business with.

We are from Taxes, Our family stay in this villa from Jul. 26 to Aug. 01. The villa is located 1 mile south of the I-192 west, just minutes away from Walt Disney World Parks. The rooms are very large and well kept. The Furniture seems to be all new. Wal-Mart is located a few miles away on Hwy 192 heading west, so we can buy supplies to take full advantage of the kitchen. This villa is great for families with children who love to swim. Well fenced pool with lighting at night is beautiful.
