This tastefully furnished 3000 s.f. vacation rental home is located in the heavenly beautiful "Island" Emerald Island Community!
Our 2-story home comprises of 7 bedrooms including 4 master suites with private bathrooms, three bedrooms with two twin beds. Each bedroom has TV equipped.
Two spacious sitting areas and two big dinner tables to provide 15 chairs in total around the tables. The pool and spa are south facing. We would love for you to be a guest in our beautiful Florida Home!

Our Family enjoyed this villa for our first Family Vacation. We had our children and grandchildren staying with us, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owners were very helpful with any issues that developed. The villa is in a beautiful community, and close to Disney World, Outlet Malls, restaurants, and shopping. It was also within one hour drive to either Daytona Beach or St. Petersburg Beach. We would highly recommend this property to our family and friends.

This is a very lovely home only about 3 miles from Disney. It's easy to get to any park with-in 5 minutes. The home is very well kept and nicely decorated. Pool was clean and refreshing after a day at the park. Thnak you for sharing your home with us.

Our family celebrated the Christmas holiday this year at this house - half drove from South Florida - the other half flew in to Orlando from New York. This was a really comfortable place for all 12 of us to be together where we could really relax and act like we were home. Eveything we needed was there - anything we needed to purchase was available nearby. The community is neat and clean, the clubhouse and community pool add a resort-like feel to your vacation and the house has plenty of room. The huge bar-table in the kitchen is perfect for seating 10 for meals or games and the dining room table seats an additional 8 - what a great place for a party!!
We had one minor problem and the management company responded immediately.
Thank Eileen and Lucia for all of your help with this rental. We hope to be back next year.

"This was the first time we vacationed in a pool home AND with another family! We were 13 in total and we were NEVER crowded!! We had plenty of space and quiet if that's what we wanted. The pool was amazing, the amenities provided were exactly as advertised and wonderful. The photos were accurate to a T. The property was immaculate and the check-in/check-out was a breeze. Our plans had been to do some activities but the teenagers loved the house so much we ended up taking a few days just to bum around the house!! Would definately do it again!!"

This was our first stay in a pool home during our recent visit to walt disney world. We have stayed in wdw resort hotels and off site hotels. This home was by far the best. We were 4 separate families with children, teens, seniors and handicapped. We absolutely loved it. Enough room to hang together or go our our seperates rooms for a little space and time. We never even used the formal dining area or sitting area. The little girls loved the the lady bug room. They even fell asleep with the bugs on their bellies, i'll email a picture. The club house amenities and staff were great too!!! The location was so easy to get to wdw or even just the main hwy for restaurant and shopping. We will be back to stay again and would recommend to any family or friends. Thanks eileen and lucia, you were so helpful on assisting us to find a place to stay.

We were 7 adults with 5 kids. Place were in a great location. They had everything we need. Beds were very comfortable and brand new. Air conditioning and ever electronic were working perfect. Parking was very easy. They had plates and hairdryers everything we need. We definitely suggest this place for crowded families.
