Welcome to this new luxury villa, your dream vacation house! Conveniently located just five minutes (4 miles) from Disney World and within easy traveling distance to Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Golf and all the fun experiences the Orlando area has to offer! We are located in the much sought after community of Indian Creek, located just off Hwy 192 in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Why stay in a stuffy, cramped hotel room when you can have entire home and private heated pool...for less money!!!

The master bedroom and en-suite bath has king-size corner tub, wash basins, shower and walk-in closets. The second bedroom with a queen-size bed also has an en-suite bath! Two twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms. A queen-size sofa bed is also available for extra accommodations. Each room has a television with cable.

Enjoy a lovely eat-in kitchen with all full-size appliances including refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, waste disposal, toaster and coffee maker. Enjoy your meals in the kitchen, formal dining room or poolside. The elegantly appointed lounge area with cathedral ceilings looks onto the lanai and pool area. So close that you can enjoy the parks in the morning come back to the villa for relaxation and swim in the pool and then head back to the parks for the fire works. Whether you're in Florida for the attractions or simply to relax you've found the perfect location.
