Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Tastefully furnished and equipped 5 Bedroom (Each bedroom has its own cable LCD TV) 4 Bathroom (3 ensuite) villa is fully air-conditioned, 10 miles from Disney World and close to Reunion and Championship golf courses. The lounge features a comfortable sofa and love seat with entertainment center, LCD TV, DVD and VCR combo, wireless high speed internet access, and free local and long distance phone service throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada. The villa has a games room with full-size pool table and air hockey table. Patio door leads to screened decking area with heated pool, poolside furniture for lounging, sunbathing & outside dining, also a charcoal grill for guests use. Bedrooms comprise 1 king master suite, 2 queen master suites, and 2 twin bedrooms (4 twin beds). For families with babies, we have additional comforts including a crib, high chair and a stroller for walks in Disney and other attractions. There is a full kitchen with 2 breakfast bars, separate dining room and separate fully equipped laundry room.

Area Information

Hampton Lakes is a prestigious new community with a communal swimming pool, floodlit tennis and volleyball courts and two children 's play areas, all available for guests to use FREE of charge. It is situated on US highway 27 with Walt Disney World only 10 minutes away and near to many championship golf courses, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet n Wild and the famous shopping areas of International Drive and Florida Mall are a 30 minute drive away. Beaches such as Clearwater on the Golf coast and Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center on the east coast are approximately one hour's drive away.

We absolutely loved the house! So much that I wanted to relocate it to our property in South Louisiana! We didn't need to use many of the items available to us, but it was nice to have it accessible. My picky father said we need to go places more often when we walked in, so that's the best compliment ever!! Would move in if we could!

Just what we were looking for

March 11, 2013

Never having booked a house unseen for a month, we were a little concerned. Needless to say, the house and the management service were better than expected. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable were the terms that come to mind when describing our experience. Although we were there in the middle of winter, so we didn't use the pool or jacuzzi, I certainly enjoyed the fenced-in backyard for quiet reading. The only drawback is that it it is remote from shopping, Disney and restaurants. Once a day we would leave the property and then everything was available. The management company was well above average.

This was a great house. There were 6 people in our group and the 3 master suites worked out very well. We enjoyed the pool and game room. The house was conveniently located close to stores, restaurants and attractions. The owner responded very quickly to all inquiries. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house.

I will definetely recommend this place to all my friends and relatives because not only the villa is great but the owner is awesome, he is very accomodating and he is so quick to answer all your question. I have been to many vacation rentals but this one is really great. Large house with 5 bedrooms (3 master rooms) in average condition. Oh yes we will be coming back again very soon.

We had the pleasure of staying at this home. The house was very nice and well kept. Both the owner and the property manager went out of their way to make sure our needs were satisfied. Unfortunately, it rained the whole week were there. With eight members of my family in the house, it was big enough that we each had our own space. The pool table and air hokkie table were a plus. I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

I enjoyed staying at this villa. It was close to all the places we visited which included Cocoa beach, Disney, and Sea world. It was very accessible to many stores. The villa was well taken care of and include a screened inground pool, pool table and air hockey table which my children enjoyed greatly! We loved our visit there and would definitly go back on our next vacation to Florida.
