Deposits: $150 payment deposit to be taken at time of the reservation to be reduce from reservation. $200 security deposit hold taken 30 days prior to arrival.
Other Fees: $65 cleaning fee, $15 reservation fee. Travel Insurance is available at very low rates! We rent play yards, high chairs, strollers,car seats,cell phones, GPS, walkie-talkies and dinner and theme park tickets too!

We stayed at the Villa Condo in Kissimmee Fl. The Condo is very nice surrounded by a convenient location. Shopping and restaurants within minutes from the facility. The home was very clean and comfortable. We had a pleasant stay and we look forward to a future trip there.
