Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Vista Del Lago Lake side resort-style manufactured home community is close to everything, yet in a quiet, friendly, 24 hour secured, gated community.

Million Dollar clubhouse. Parking available for those who don't want to walk. Three pools (two are heated),(one pool with disable access), two whirlpools, a kiddie pool, a kids playground, shuffle board, fishing, planned activities, fitness center, tennis court, volleyball, racketball ect. all free to visitors of the community.

This home is only a few homes away from the phase 4 pool.

Living room has a 50" plasma TV and a sofabed for extra guests.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, coffeemaker, ect.
Dining room seats 4 and kitchenette seats 4 more.

Three bedrooms. Master has queen bed, huge closet with mirrored doors and double doors that open to master bathroom . 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. 3rd bedroom has a two twin beds.

Cable tv's in all bedrooms

Screened porch with patio set has a waterfront view. Smoking is permitted in screened porch only.

Washer and Dryer. Cental air/heat.

Located on highway 192 and 3 miles west of route 4.

Less than 5 minutes from the Disney Parks.

Universal Studio in 25 minutes.
