Our luxury detached villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard.Including. WIFI Fast broadband and digital channels including soccer, music etc. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned and rooms have ceiling fans. All floors are fully tiled and bedrooms have new carpets. Colour televisions connected to the cable/digital network are provided in the living room and master bedroom with extra channels (fox soccer etc) and fast broadband WIFI. The spacious living room area has a plush, comfortable couch and a large sofa bed which can be converted into an additional double bed if required. The new kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. Self catering is easily provided for in this home from home with large kitchen including- a full size oven and hob,microwave, large fridge/freezer with icemaker,dishwasher, waste disposal,coffee maker,toaster, kettle, smoothie maker and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares.
There is a separate laundry room with washer and drier for your convenience. The spacious dining area with table and chairs has ample seating and gives access to the private, fully screened and heated pool. Comfortable pool-side furniture is provided for al fresco dining, and sunbathing. Surrounding the villa are lovely landscaped gardens with beautiful tropical plants which give more privacy around the pool area. Perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the parks !
The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, walk-in closet and en-suite facility providing a large shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fully enclosed closet facilities. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are served by the second bathroom, with shower, bath and sink provisions. If you have a toddler then please feel free to use our stroller, highchair and gate . Our villa is wheelchair friendly.

We truly enjoyed our stay in your villa over Christmas. It was really great to have a home to come back to after a long day in the parks. It was a short drive to Disney and Universal. It was quick and easy to find our way around for shopping and restaurants. Great home! Great Vacation! Thank you!

I'd like to say that we absolutely loved your villa, it was a real home from home and exactly as you described ! The villa was in a perfect location for all the parks and the walmart which was only a few mins drive away. It was so nice to come back to the villa after a long day at the parks and relax by the beautiful pool, which our 2 children were especially thrilled with. Thanks again and we will definately be back next year !!!

This house was a wonderful place to stay near Disney. I would recommend it to my friends and family. The location was nice, not too far from all the parks. Very clean and comfortable. I only have a couple complaints/recommendations- we could not find any wash clothes (only hand towels and bath towels), there wasn't any dishwasher soap or laundry detergent so we couldn't help out by washing any towels, and last the pool was not as warm as we expected. We were told we wouldn't need to heat the pool because we went in the beginning of sept. however I wish we would have paid to have it heated because we didn't really enjoy the pool because it was too cold. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay. Thank you for the opportunity!

We stayed for a week. It was well worth what we paid....however it would have been nice to be able to use the garage. Furniture in LR needs a good cleaning, but overall..close to Disney, shopping.

My family had the opportunity to stay in this villa for 4 nites. The villa is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Location is ideal. Lots of stores, restaurants nearby as well as Disney World. We will stay here again on our next visit. Oh, did I mention the pool... lots of inflatables for kids... perfect villa for a family vacation!!!!!

The home was nice, but not what we expected. We did enjoy our stay, but feel as though we would want something a little better next time. We had to go buy towels, not enough towels. It took 2 hours to dry a small load of clothes, and not in the very best neighborhood as the picture seemed.

My husband, myself and our Shitzu same at this home for the month of January. The house, a bungalow, has a wonderful open floor plan with the master suite (with three piece bath and walk in closet)separated by double french doors from the living area. The pool area is enclosed with screening and has outside table and chairs for dining outside and is conveniently located to kitchen/dining area, well maintained and a nice size.. John and Lisa, the owners, were wonderfully, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The only reason for not giving this property five stars in a moderately priced rental classification, is that the king-sized mattress is extremely uncomfortable, with two "divets" (please note that double and twins in other bedrooms were good), the non-stick cookware has seen better days and only one side of the toaster works. If the above mentioned items were replaced, I would rent this property any time and recommend it to others.
We had a fantastic time at the villa. It is so well equipped and in a really great location (and we loved the comfy sun loungers!). We will certainly be keeping this in mind for any future trips we make to Orlando and have already recommeded it to some friends!
