Our names are Reese and Toni, and we are the private owners who take care of our own property. We also work at Disney and KNOW what High Standards Guests expect for a vacation to Disney. Our goal is to be the best in the business with customer satisfaction. We live in the area as our Vacation Home, and are available for any need you might have.

We loved staying at Tink's Palace! It was a great home base. There was lots of space and the kids loved to pick their own room. The heated pool was fantastic and the games room was well used. The decor was fun, including the Tink Christmas Tree! The home is very clean with lots of linens and kitchen tools to use. We would definitely return to Tink's Palace!

Our family spent 10 days at Tinks Palace and it was amazing!! We loved everything about it and it was exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures...a very well looked after home. Location was very close to I-5 in a very quiet neighbourhood..felt very safe. The pool was our favorite for hot summer days!

We just returned from a week at Tink's Palace and boy it was great! When I walked in I was blown away by the size of the home. My sons were very impressed with their rooms, as we're we! King size bed, private master bathroom... It was fantastic! The home is on a very quiet street and is close to many, many restaurants. It took only a very short drive to get to any attraction and coming home to a lovely, private swimming pool was heavenly. Everything is as advertised and I found the full sized washer and dryer extremely useful. This is the first time we rented a home for a vacation and we will definitely be back!! We loved all the memorabilia, even though we had to move it out of our four year old Grandson's reach. My future Son-in-Law loved the kitchen and used some of the fruit for his recipes. We normally stay at Disney Resorts, but decided to try a different place. We were not disappointed! We opened the door and a fully decorated Christmas tree awaited us! This place is HUGE, beautifully decorated, absolutely spotless clean and for about the same price as staying in a motel room at Disney (per night). We only used two bedrooms, but could have easily brought 2 more couples (or a large family) with us and had plenty of room. Large master BR with a big bath, and a living room and den with a big screen tv not to mention 3 other bedrooms and a cool game room (pool table) area in the garage. The Tinkerbell and other Disney decorations make it really fun for kids...spacious, comfortable and super clean. Oh yeah, and the enclosed pool area was great...even in November with the heated pool. This place is like being at home, but maybe even better. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet and there is any kind of restaurant you want nearby and and you are still only less than 10 minutes away from Disney and other attractions. We had an awesome time and the owners are SUPER nice and very, very helpful (even when you call for directions, lol). We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to visit the Disney area. We had only three people with us, but believe me, you could easily have 6 other people in the bedrooms, and even more on the three couches and still have room for cots or sleeping bags in the house. Heck, you might could sleep 12 (or more)people. Check out your rates at other places and compare to Tink's. I think you will see that it is about the same, but you will not get all the room to relax and enjoy yourself like you will at Tink's Place. We WILL stay here again when we go back to Orlando! We loved the house - it was roomy, gorgeous, comfortable and everything the description said it would be! The location is perfect - close to Disney, but far enough away to enjoy some down time. The private heated pool was great.. what more could a family of Canadians want on a winter vacation. Spending Christmas at Tink's Palace made us all feel like royalty! We would recommend this rental!

Tinks Palace was everything that it was advertised to be. We stayed at "Tink's Palace" from Aug. 12-18, 2010. The minute we went thru the front door we knew this was an excellent vacation home. The decor, space, pool, etc. were exceptional and the home was immaculate. The pool and game room were a big hit with the kids. We had lots of activities planned, but rearranged things so we could have more down time at the house and enjoy the pool. We will definitely plan to use this house again when we vacation in FL. Hotels are history after staying here.

We stayed here the week of July 26th. Home is very clean, pool is wonderful,and house is stocked with towels,pillows x blankets. Also, some detergents,coffee,extras before you go to the store were here. It was very nice to know the owners were close by. This house is in a residential neighborhood not a resort area. We stayed at Tinks Palace from April 10-24, & had a fantastic time ! With a GPS it was easy to get to all the parks & shopping was very close by. Our 3 grandchilren & a niece,( 10 in our group in all) thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool & we all looked forward to a relaxing evening around the pool after a tiring day at the parks. I would suggest if you are arriving after dark to take a small flashlight, as the lock-box is not well lit to get the combination. Everything else was wonderful & convenient. Toni and Reese, Just wanted to Thank you for sharing your home with us! It was a perfect vacation with a perfect home...For anyone who is interested this home is a perfect location for all your vacation needs...The home was clean and well kept, with the perfect touch of Tinkerbell...I would recommed this home for anyone who would like to stay away from the hotels...we even got to BBQ! Walmart and Publix were the perfect place to shop... Once again Thank you Toni and Reese we will tell all our friends about you perfect home! All our Love, The Altieri Family!

Toni and Reese,thank you for a wonderful vacation. Tinks palace lived up to all our expectations and more. The pool was great and my family loved using it. The house is very well cared for with lots of room for everyone. I would recommend this lovely vacation home to all families who are looking for a great place to stay and close to shopping and attractions. The Hughes family.

Toni and Reese: My family and I enjoyed the use of your home so much. The pool was much larger than expected. The home was very clean and was decorated beautifully. We can tell the efforts you make to maintain it. It is in the great location. Close to the parks and softball fields. Perfect for my entire family. Thanks for sharing it with us.

We found Tink's Palace to be an excellent rental property. The owner's were very responsive to questions and provided vaulable assistance. Very centrally located yet off the main throughfare. Highly recommend for anyone considering a stay in the Disney area.

Great comfortable home to stay, very well equiped bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. Near Disney and to all other attractions and entertainment theme parks. Our best choice from now on. Thank you for offering such a wonderful place.

we stayed at this home for one week. The house had ample space for our family of five. Everyone enjoyed having their own room and the warm pool to come home to after a day of traveling. Would recomend this house to anyone.

Toni and Reese, We had an absolutely wonderful time at you vacation home. The home was beautiful, very very CLEAN, and in a quiet neighborhood. It was also located close to all the theme parks which saved us time sitting in traffic. The kids spent hours in the pool which gave time for the adults to relax a little.
