Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION ... There's nothing more convenient than having your private 4 bedroom villa and private heated pool just minutes away from Disney, especially after a long day in the parks. Our home has enough towels, beach towels, linens, for everyone in your party, and a fully equiped kitchen including items such as plastic and foil wrap and Salt and Pepper. Our Home has over 2600 sq.feet of living space and boasts two family rooms and all 4 bedrooms have cable TVs. Most Vacation homes will not have near this amount of room. There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores and a new Super Target within 2 miles and a Super WalMart within 3 miles. Our villa has a king size bed in the master bedroom and large master bath with shower and garden tub, 2 bedrooms have queen beds, and 1 bedroom has 2 twin/single beds, large kitchen, and dining room. The villa is beautifully decorated with Florida colored decor for a bright and open look, and we have Disney's Tinker Bell items scattered about plus we have added a TINKER BELL room, a PRINCESS Ariel Room, and a MICKEY Room. Enjoy relaxing and watching your favorite sports games/programs on the LARGE SCREEN TV while others enjoy the HEATED POOL and Florida Sunshine. We also have Seasonal CITRUS FRUIT TREES that bear fruit for your enjoyment while staying. When going to Disney, you will not even get near the I-4 congestion and less than one mile on 192, yet I-4 is still very close and how you will get to the other Attractions. We keep our Home stocked with any supplies you might need for Laundry, as well as morning coffee, and the refigerator has an Ice Maker. Just bring your food, we have the rest here.

We are licensed by the State of Florida with The Department of Business and Professional Regulation Division of Hotels. We are also Insured. These Licenses ensures that our vacation rental home meets the required safety, security and hygiene standards, and it is required by law. Our Vacation Home is inspected annually to ensure compliance.

Our names are Reese and Toni, and we are the private owners who take care of our own property. We also work at Disney and KNOW what High Standards Guests expect for a vacation to Disney. Our goal is to be the best in the business with customer satisfaction. We live in the same area as our Vacation Home, and are available for any need you might have.
Our villa is convenient to all area attractions: Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Wet 'n Wild water park; several outlet malls for great shopping adventures; many dinner theaters, as well as all types of restaurants for your dining pleasure. The beach (gulf coast) is only 90 minutes away and the Atlantic Ocean (Daytona Beach & Cocoa Beach) is just 45 minutes away. We are also just 45 minutes from Port Canavarel where many cruise lines port out.
