Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

The villa boasts 2 luxury mastersuites with kingsize beds, flatscreen tv's twin vanity units and soft fluffy towels and hairdryers are provided. There are 2 further double bedrooms 1 with a queensize bed and the other with a double.
2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds and the 7th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a trundle bed. All bedrooms have flatscreen TV's and 3 have DVD's.
All beds have superbly comfortable pillow top matresses which guarantee a great nights sleep.

The villa has a formal living room and dinning room furnished to a high standard in nuetral and earthy tones a wonderful quiet area to enjoy a good book or a glass of wine while listening to your favourite tunes.

The huge family room is open plan with the kitchen and again its furnished to a high standard with a 50inch plasma tv the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possible need and has an informal dinning area which leads onto the pool.

The pool deck has been extended and has our beatiful pool and spa which has recently been upgraded with a pebbletec finish and softwater filtration system which makes it lovely to swim in and is very kind to the skin.
Pool funiture is 4 loungers 2 recliningg chairs with footstools 2 tables and 8 chairs, BBQ (Gas). While doors to the pool are alarmed you can have additional pool safety fence erected (if required please select on booking )

Area Description

This beautiful home on the prestigious resort of Lake Berkley, Gated Community with lots of facilities. Stocked fishing lakes, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, childrens tot lots, Tikki Bar. Quiet yet only a stones throw from the busy hwy 192 with an abundance of shops,bars and restuarants, with in walking distance of Medieval Times dinner show and a 24 hr super Walmart.

Enjoy a stroll around the lakes and view the wildlife.You can also arrange to get married on the sandy beach or in the gazebo by the lake.

Lake berkley is less than 3 miles from a number of golf courses

We had a fantastic time in this home the pics do not do it justice. From the moment we arrived the guard on the gate was freindly and helpful, he gave us a brochure about the community, we enjoyed the tikki bar for a few beers after the park,and finished the evenings watching the sun go down from our private pool watching the coloured lights, altogether fantastice and we will bo booking again for our next trip to Florida

Fantastic home we had a great time did not want to leave and can highly recommend.
The couple who look after the home were very helpful especially when we lost keys and locked ourselfs out.
