Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

A queen or double bed in the master bedroom. A double bed in the second bedroom, two singles in the third, two singles in the fourth and either a double or two singles in each additional bedroom. A pull out sofa bed or rollaway beds are provided for maximum occupancy levels.

Our villas with private pool are on a a gated community in the Kissimmee area. The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 2 Master suites both with en suite bathrooms & separate walk-in wardrobes,and access straight to the pool/spa area 2 other twins with a family bathroom. Bed linen & towels are provided for your use. A fully fitted & equipped kitchen including: cooker, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, & dishwasher. A separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer & Iron. All cutlery, crockery, glassware & cooking utensils are provided. The villa has a 38' Television, DVD, cable tv, A large Lanai area with heated swimming pool just what's needed after a hectic day at the Disney parks.

Pool Area
The pool area receives the sunshine throughout the day but there is a covered porch, which provides shade from the sun when required. The entire pool and patio area is fully screened to keep the bugs at bay
