Our Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath, pool home with privacy fence in the back is waiting for you to spend your dream vacation in it! The pool gets plenty of sun and has a covered shade area with table and chairs great for meals. We have Free High Speed Wireless Internet Brand New Game Room with Pool Table - Air Hockey Table and Basket Ball Game- Master Bedroom with TV and en-suite bath with shower and garden tub. Three additional spacious rooms - a Double Guest room - Mickey Twin Room and "Kids" room with bottom double bunk with twin top bunk and Playstation 2 with games and Tinker Bell room with two twin beds- Our home sleeps 10 comfortably - Has a huge-fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook table - a large separate dining room - comfortable spacious living room With Large Flat Screen TV- hall bath with shower and tub - washer and drier and much more!!!

this villa is every thing it say it is we were in the pool everyday there is six adults there was plenty of room for sleeping,you could easily sleep 9 everything works well it,s quiet at night so you can get your rest driving around about 2 hrs to the altantic ocean or to the gulf of mexico which we did both we will be coming back we had a such a great vacation no one became grumpy at grumpys villa out near the pool just loved it stove and oven work really great very quiet at night we will be coming back you wouldn,t be disappointed if you rent grumpys villa

Thanksgiving retreat for our family

My family rented this home for Thanksgiving weekend 2011 and really enjoy the home. About 15 from Disney and behind a walmart which was nice for last minute items and food. Had a great dinner on the patio and cooked up a storm in the kitchen. We hope to return to this home.

what a great time we had...location was perfect! the house was beautifull and had everything we needed and more. we could have spent the whole week in the house and had a nice vacation. the parks were all a 15 minute drive away...pirates golf just outside the estate...loads of british pubs for those interested...medevel times...walmart...we couldnt have asked for anything better at a great price for a large family with lots of kids. we will be back next year for sure!

We just stayed here for two weeks with our kids (9 boy, 7 girl). It is close to everything tourist wise (Magic Kingdom is 20 minutes, Downtown Disney 10 mins, SeaWorld 20 mins) PLUS, there is a Super WalMart 2 mins away!
The kids LOVED the bunk beds and spend most of their home time in playing in the heated pool. The outdoor patio set and bbq were out of the elements, so when it rained I could still bbq or sit outside comfortably. The pool comes well stocked with pool toys (lots of inflatable stuff).
WIFI was very fast and easy to access. The main TV was a very nice flatscreen.
We had friends join us for week two. The layout of the house made it easy to accomadate everyone. They took the "other" master bedroom and tinkerbell room for their daughter. They had their own bathroom as well in their "wing" as we called it.
The property management did a very good job. The house was very clean when we arrived. Any problem we did have was easily solved with a phone call to the property management group.
The kids did have fun in the "games room" although I personally would have preferred using the garage to park our car.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this site.

My husband and I stayed for a week at Grumpys Villa, with our 2 small children, ages 2 and 3. The kids loved the house. They loved their Mickey Mouse and Tinkerbell themed rooms, the game room (which was set up in the garage and not air conditioned) and of course couldn't get enough of the pool. We loved the house because it had more than enough space for all of us, it was furnished very nice and had a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, the master bath jacuzzi was nice, the outside patio was screened in so we didn't have to contend with bugs and it was partially covered so when it rained we could still eat and grill outside. The big TV and DVD player was a big hit for the kids too. It took us about 20 minutes through local traffic to get to Sea World (and the other parks are right nearby too). Overall, it was great! We will definitely be returning in years to come.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

We had a great time at this property. The location
and proximity to Disney World was very convenient.
We also were close to Cape Canaveral and the
Tampa Bay area for attractions. The house was
perfect especially the heated pool. The neighbor
was very clean and friendly. Will return someday
and hopefully rent this property again.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
