"Season's Delight" is our magnificent villa just 10 minutes from Disneyworld in Orlando. We are delighted to share our home with you for your fun vacation in the holiday capital of the world. The villa is immaculately furnished to a very high degree and we do everything we can to make sure our guests have everything they need for that perfect holiday. This is a two-storey home, with 5 spacious bedrooms: the master suite downstairs has a King sized 4 poster bed with large ensuite bathroom, separate shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom has direct access to the pool area. There is a large t.v. with full cable and a DVD player. Also downstairs there is a Queen sized bedroom with cable t.v. and adjoining shower room. The villa is fully wheelchair accessible. Upstairs there is a further Queen sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms which share the family bathroom. All the bedrooms have large t.v.'s with individual cable. The spacious family room has high vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan and plenty of comfortable leather seating. There is a separate dining room and the breakfast room overlooks the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a full meal or a quick snack, and there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. We have installed a games room with 9 ft. Championship pool table, air hockey and foosball machines, and we offer high speed internet access free to our guests.

One of the best features of our home is the lovely private pool and spa. What better than to be able to jump into your own pool and not have to share it with dozens of others when staying at a hotel? Fancy a late-night dip? The underwater lighting is perfect for taking a leisurely swim or relaxing in the bubbling jet-spa with a cool glass of wine after an exhausting day at the theme parks. As there is woodland at the rear there are no villas overlooking the pool area and there is a lanai for protection against the hot Florida sunshine. There are plenty of sun loungers and a removable safety fence when young children are visiting. The villa is fitted with an alarm system and all phone calls within America and Canada are completely free.

Seasons is a new and exclusive community just off the 192 and is fast becoming known as one of the best locations in Orlando for its closeness to all the best entertainment that Florida has to offer. Just 10 short minutes to the Disney theme parks, 15-20 minutes to Universal Studios and less than 2 minutes to the 192 with its numerous restaurants, entertainment and nightlife, Seasons couldn't be in a better location. Yet the community itself has only 71 houses and is very peaceful and quiet. There is a pretty lake for taking leisurely strolls in the cool of the evening or for feeding the ducks, and a small children's playground. The community is very safe, with no large groups that some of the larger communities with club houses have. There is a 24 hour Walmart superstore less than 2 minutes drive or a short walk away, and the nearest golf course is 5 minutes drive. All the beautiful sandy beaches of Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach are less than an hour's drive, as is the famous Kennedy Space Centre.
