This beautiful home with many upgrades is located in Indian Creek community. This is the closest residential community to the magical Walt Disney World complex, off the 192, just 3 miles or 5-minute drive from the Disney entrance. Orlando international airport is only 20 minutes away and all other attractions are within easy reach by car.
This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include 2 master bedrooms - one with a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with garden tub, shower and double vanity basin. The other master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with its own en-suite. The third bedroom has a full and twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a day-bed with a trundle. It can be converted into a king-sized bed. This villa is ideal for two
families sharing!
The home has a fenced backyard, screened pool (heated if requested), and a large pool deck. Lots of sun and very private!
There is a comfortable living room with cable TV, DVD player, VCR, and PlayStation2, an elegant dining room, a large kitchen with all modern amenities and a breakfast dinette. The living room has 15' vaulted ceiling, with sunroof. It also has a large elegant French door accessing to the pool and patio. All living areas and bathrooms are furnished with high-quality Italian ceramic tiles.
Within 2 minutes walking distance are the community park, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a golf putting area, and a children's playground. If you prefer dining out, there are numerous restaurants located within minutes of driving distance.

The home was beautiful and we couldn't have asked for anything more conveniently located. It was perfect for a family vacation to Disney and allowed us to stay within our budget. The pool was great for relaxing between park days and keeping the kids occupied. Being able to cook meals definately saved on food costs. Can't wait to come back next trip.

If you are looking for a great location, I'm not sure it gets better than this. It's only a few minutes to Disney parks and also had plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. There was plenty of space for my family of 5. Everyone was able to get away and have some downtime. There's also a playground within walking distance for the little guys to burn off some energy. The kids loved the backyard pool too! The house was clean, easy to access, in a quiet area just minutes from activities. The owner provided clear direction to everywhere wanted to go. We had a great time.

A Week-Long Stay at Villa

This villa was the perfect place for my friends and me to stay. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The DVD player and television provided were a nice addition to enjoy after we came home from a tiring day at one of the Disney parks. The kitchen was a great size for storing our food and provided any kitchen tools we might need (such as a toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc). Finally, it was the perfect distance from Disneyworld. We were close enough to easily get to Disney in five minutes. Overall, a great experience!

Our first visit to Orlando & the US and I did a lot of research before booking, however, the villa did not disappoint and we found it exactly as described on the website. It was ideally located for all parks & activities that our party of 6 adults wanted to visit & do. Very clean and well maintained, with the comfiest sofa ever :) All contact with the owner was by email, however, I had no reason to contact him any other way as always a quick response whenever I emailed. Plenty of room for all, games room was brilliant as was pool & the fact the back yard is not overlooked is exactly what we wanted. Plenty of good places to eat - Denny's for breakfast is a must and Ruby Tuesdays does excellent chicken wings! We could not of asked for more and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

We recently stayed in Kissimmee in this lovely 4 bedroom villa. It was nicely decorated and had a real home feel as soon as we walked in. The place was clean, fully equipped with anything we may need and the owners were readily available to answer any questions or concerns. We were close to all amenities that we were planning to visit and a short drive to 2 of the beaches we visited. There was some confusion with the pool heating that was quickly taken care of upon our request. Overall the stay was great and we would do it again in a heart beat! Thanks for a great vacation! T.D.

It is well maintained and the game room and pool helped keep my grandchildren from being bored in our down time. We had a very nice time at the villa in November 2012. It was the second time that we stayed at the villa. We had also stayed in March 2009. The villa is kept in excellent condition. We like the tile floors in the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms and halls. We enjoyed the new big screen TV. The game room was a fun space for the kids to play pool. The swimming pool kept the kids busy in the morning before we headed to the parks. We kept the cover on when we wasn't using it, so the pool stayed warm. The pool area is fenced offering more privacy than some of the other villa Maintenance does an excellent job keeping the villa and the pool clean. Also, they were pleasant and quick to respond to any issues we had. The owner of the villa is very helpful, and very easy to contact.

The house was very clean and well kept with the equipment in full operation, only the one problem was solved but access to internet via wireless. Contact SAM was very attentive and facilitated the lease by accepting payment by paypal and answered all my requests. I recommend this house to rent on your vacation or holidays and be someone who will advertise the site - rental houses vocation as a simple and secure way of planning a vacation in Florida

Our family stayed in this villa on our recent trip to Orlando. It was quite spacious and plenty of room for all 6 of us. It was clean and well stocked with all the comforts of home. Its location was very convenient to everything and we were very pleased. Also, Sam the owner was a pleasure to deal with. He was honest and very helpful. We had never rented a private home before and he made the transaction very smooth. You will not be disappointed should you choose this villa!! We will definitely be back.
