Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Our luxurious 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom vacation home provides spacious accommodation for up to 12 people. It is located on the Hampton Lakes community on Hwy27, with convenient access to I-4 and just a 15-20 minute drive to Walt Disney World. This is a great route into the parks as it avoids the traffic delays you may get on the 192.

There are more than 10 golf courses within 10 miles distance. Community has tennis, beach volleyball, swimming pool and playground.

Universal, Seaworld and other world famous theme parks are all close by,as well as numerous shopping malls, many excellent golf courses and the Florida coast is only 60 minutes away.

This recently built villa is superbly positioned on a west facing lot. It is fully air conditioned, there is a sparkling heated pool, spa, extended private sunny deck and shaded lanai and we provide luxury poolside furniture and sun loungers for you to relax on.

Wi-fi High speed internet and computer are available for you to use and a brand new games room with 8 ft pool table.

There are 2 dining areas, a breakfast area with table, stools and breakfast bar, a shaded outside lanai for those poolside snacks and a more formal setting in the dining room for those special evening meals.

The villa has a large family room with cable TV and
DVD player. It also has two queen sofa bed, cable TV and a game cube. The newly renovated and fully equiped kitchen has stainless steel appliances: a range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker and the washer and dryer can be found in the utility room. There is off road parking for 2 cars.

Free Cable TV, Free Telephone Calls to US and Canada, Free Internet, and Free use of Game Cube.

Nice home, nice pool, excellent location, close to everything in Orlando, easy access to grocery stores. the rooms were spacious, plenty of bathrooms. Neighborhood very quiet and well kept. The carpets were a little worn probably from allot of use, any issues were taken care of quickly. I would definately stay in this Villa again and would recommend it to everyone, great for families and multi couples.

We enjoyed the house completely. Lot's of room for our family. Six adults and 3 children plus an infant. Pool has safety gate for kids. Lot's of towels and linen. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Very clean when we arrived. Close to the gates of Disney and shopping. Great choice.
