Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
Enjoy this luxurious villa yourself! Just a few miles away from the parks but still located in a quiet and calm community. The backside of the house has a big patio, terrace, heated pool and a spa. This house has a lake view which makes you feel perfectly comfortable. Our villa is located in the direction of the numerous theme parks close by. Due to this, Disney’s fireworks can be seen from your private pool every night! The villa has 5 bedrooms where 12 people can stay in total.
Area Information
When arriving at Orlando International Airport it takes you about 35 minutes to get to the villa. Do you want to relax a day at the beach it is about an hour driving to either the east coast, the Atlantic Ocean or the west coast, the Gulf of Mexico.
Furthermore you can find two large supermarkets in the area, Winn-Dixie and Publix. US Highway 192, a highway really close to the house, has a lot of restaurants, fast food restaurants and shops like Wal-Mart, Target and Walgreens.

Eleven members of our family enjoyed this beautiful, comfortable home. Every possible need or desire was met. They thought of everything. The home was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The pool was refreshing, and the beds were comfortable. Our children were exceptionally happy there, as were the parents and grandparents! The cost of renting the home was a bargain, too!

We had a great time staying in this house with our friends, close to the theme parks, shopping, dining etc. The house offered everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. All of us enjoyed the house very much and we will recommend it to all of our friends and relatives. We will certainly consider this house whenever we will visit the Orlando area again! It was awesome!

What a pleasure it was to spend a week in this vacation home.
Our family enjoyed every space and appreciated the quality of the furnishings and supplies. It was exactly what we wanted and more. Your place was filled with nice surprizes, such as the hotdog holders, the game room, the pool view of birds etc.
Our two teenagers loved the pool, the gameroom and the privacy of their own rooms, bathrooms and TV's. The adults agree this is the best home we have rented.....a dream vacation place. To borrow the words of my teenage daughter OMG, your place is phenominal.
We found activities that were not Disney/Universal.
