Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Brand New! Beautiful 5 bed-room, 3 full bath villa in Emerald Island Resort, nestled within an area of protected wetland! Three miles to Walt Disney World and near a myriad of other attractions in Central Florida!

Our villa offers 2000 s.f. of air-conditioned flexible living & play space; has 5 bed-rooms (2 master), 3 full bathrooms, and a private south-facing pool and spa. With 2 King beds, 1 Queen Bed, 4 Twin beds & a sofa sleeper, our villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find extra linen, blankets, and towels in the walk-in closet.

Amenities include cable TV in each room (6 total), high speed internet access, game table, pool toys, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher and other cooking and dining utensils; gas-grill for BBQ. High chair, stroller and Play-pan are also available. Laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility area at the back of the garage.

After a long day at the parks, relax by the south-facing covered pool (can be heated), with an eight-foot diameter raised Jacuzzi spa for the ultimate relaxation. Patio furniture is provided. The pool is fitted with a child safety fence and is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allow the sunshine in. For those extra warm days, the covered lanai provides a welcome shade from the sun. For added enjoyment, the pool backs out to a conservation area, which gives a feeling of tranquility and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy.

Area Information

Located in the guarded resort community of Emerald Island, our villa is only 3 miles from Disney. You can come back for a nap every day and go back to the Disney parks again till late night! Don't want to drive? The Resort provides shuttle bus service from the club house to Disney Theme Parks, Sea World, and Universal Studios!

The Emerald Island Community is located off Hwy 192 West at Mile Marker 4 - the closest community to Disney. Grocery stores, restaurants (TGI Friday, Red Lobster, and The Outback Steakhouse, etc.) and Formosa Gardens Shopping Mall are all within one mile.

For golfers in your party, the fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is just a few minutes away. There are many other world-renowned golf courses designed by Golf Greats within 30 minutes drive, such as Grand Cypress Golf Club (Jack Nicklaus); Orange County National Golf; Orange Lake Country Club (Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay); Walt Disney World Golf Course (Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, Joeseph L. Lee); Celebration Golf Club (Robert Trent Jones); ChampionsGate Golf Resort (Greg Norman), etc.

Excellent Home

We stayed in Emerald Island Resort last year on a family vacation and were very excited to find a larger home for our vacation this year. This property felt very secure, was extremely spacious (we had at times 8 people staying at the house), and the pool/spa was a wonderful retreat after a busy day in the parks. We found the bedrooms were separately nicely as well. Our only complaint was that the BBQ that was to be included with the rental was not working and we were told we could rent one separately; otherwise, it was a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. Would definitely recommend this villa :)

BBQ broke down. Offered to reimburse the BBQ rental cost if guests opt to rent one.

Great Extended Family Vacation Home

Property worked really well for my wife and I, our 2 and 4 year old, an uncle and aunt, a child of theirs and an older family member. Pool and hot tub were great for the kids and adults after the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Sea World which were within easy drive. Wireless internet was easy to connect to and plenty fast enough.

Feels Like Home

First time we ever rented a house for vacation other than at the Jersey shore. It was a good experience and very comfortable for all of us. We had 3 adults and 3 children (6,3 and 17 months). A full size crib was provided for the baby as well as high chair, play yard & stroller. The kids had room to play and they loved the pool. There was enough space to have some quiet time to ourselves if desired. Wi-fi kept me in touch with work. The community was very quiet and nicely kept; pleasant for walking. If you want to get away from the Disney chaos consider this property.

My family and I loved this rental home. Absolutely a beautiful home and enjoyable experience. Very clean, safe and quiet community. Great for a family vacation. Our kids loved the private pool, they couldn't get enough! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. And by the way, the owner is very professional and personable as well.

This is a great house to rent. It is clean and spacious and very comfortable. The kids loved the private pool and the basketball game in the garage. We had a wonderful time there. The house is in a very nice gated community. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends

Bring the whole family

What a great way to be able to visit Disney, Universal and Sea World in a spasious 5 bedroom house with a pool. I was able to bring my entire family and when we needed a break we just hung out at the pool. The clubhouse is great as well with a game room, exercise room and nightly entertainment. I would definately come back.
