Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
Free pool and spa heat, free international and long distance calls, Games Room, Wi-Fi, TV's in all rooms, Stylish, spacious and private.
Our vacation home has 4 double bedrooms (2 Master en-suites and 2 twins) 3 bath single storey villa. Private heated pool and spa (free pool/spa heat included). Located directly opposite Osceola Heritage Park and Silver Spurs Arena and less than 1 mile from the Florida Turnpike in Kissimmee. This is a great location for family holidays, golfing holidays or business.
We love our home and believe you will too. For added luxury we include upgraded furniture and fittings and has tiled flooring and air-conditioning throughout. The main part of the house is open plan, and, having 4 bedrooms (2 masters en-suite) and two twin rooms, is ideal if two families wish to stay together, saving on the cost of your holiday.
The villa consists of a formal dining area with seating for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and utility room, and lounge with French doors leading to the pool area. The two master bedrooms are both en-suite and have private doors opening onto the shaded pool-side dining area (lanai). In addition there are two twin rooms with a shared bathroom.
The villa is fully air conditioned and for added comfort all bedrooms and the lounge area have ceiling fans fitted.
Probably the most important and most used area at the villa would be the private South West facing pool with Jacuzzi/spa, sun kissed decking area and covered dining area (lanai) which also has a ceiling fan. The pool is not overlooked and very peaceful.
In accordance with Florida Law, and for the safety of your children, all doors and windows which lead to the pool area are alarmed. For our guest’s peace of mind, the home also has a security alarm system.
Area Description
Magic Landings is located in Kissimme and surrounded by beautiful countryside, parks, lakes and ranches, providing a peaceful tranquillity away from the theme parks. There are numerous outdoor activities such as golf, fishing, horse riding, swimming and nature trails.
Golf is a major pastime in Florida and we are placed within a short drive of some of Florida's finest championship golf courses.
Antiques and Flea Markets are a very popular pastime in Florida. Downtown Kissimmee is home to a number of antique shops including the famous Lanier’s Antique Market.
Florida’s golden beaches such as Cocoa and Melbourne are less than one hour’s drive. There is also a small beach, Crabby Bills restaurant and marina at Lakeside which is less than 10 minutes drive away.
Silver Spurs Arena and Osceola Heritage Park are almost opposite Magic Landings. Here there are lots of concerts, Rodeo's, the Florida State Fair, Exhibitions, Conferences and much much more.
